When you buy a product sight unseen you assume they will take returns. well item is not as represented in the image yet they are requiring a 20% restocking fee which is BURIED BURIED in the fine print; like down on the second of very long paragraphs. Clearly poor intent. I will never do business with them again. BUYER BEWARE
We ordered Poppin furniture for a ten-people office with delivery to Boston from New York, in part because they promised us 5-10 days delivery, which worked well with our grand opening of the office. They demanded prepayment in full. Upon receiving the payment, Poppin extended their delivery ETA to three weeks. After a considerable amount of back-and-forth, they were able to cut on the delivery time to meet our needs. Not the greatest customer experience, but not the worst one either.
I love our new office! The furniture is amazing but so was the Poppin team. They worked with us on our floor plan and gave us great suggestions to help us come up with something that fit our budget and our culture. The furniture was available almost immediately and the delivery and install were very easy. Now we have colorful comfortable private work stations and common lounge spaces. We also have pens and desk top organizers that are colorful pops of color and really make the place look amazing when you walk in. I cannot say enough great things about my Poppin experience.
Love the six man table we just got. Good quality and looks sleek. Also, the customer service has been fantastic. Highly recommend them.
Make sure you know that they have a 30 day return policy (+ 20% restocking fee). I purchased an item during the holidays while I was traveling and upon returning, realized it wasnt what I needed. It was just a few days after the 30 day period and they were not willing to take it back. I wont be returning as a customer.
Very Bad! I had called and they told me they would call back in 2 minutes only to find out that they left for the day. I would not reccomend this place.... AT ALL. Thankfully for Jamie, one of the workers my complaint would have never been answered. One of the attendants even hung up on me.
I sent an email to Poppin on Saturday. I received a response Monday morning. I requested a replacement spindle for my tape holder. The part arrived today. Not only does Poppin have awesome products, their EMPLOYEES are very friendly and efficient.
Shoppers beware this is a corporate office & showroom. They are a wholesaler so if you want to purchase an item you need to locate a seller. With that being said my husband and I drove in to NYC to this location to buy a filing cabinet and were so defeated to travel 45 minutes & then find out that this was not a store. I have never had such amazing (bold highlight & underline) customer service!! This company is incredible. Every person that walked by us in the waiting area had a huge smile on their face and made sure we were being taken care of. Then they went out of their way to see if they had an extra filing cabinet in the color we wanted. By some magical force they had what we wanted. Thank you guys so much for making our day.
