I came to D2 for an office chair. New to NYC, of course I started with several of the large office supply stores. But their selection was poor and assistance minimal. So I found D2 online. I stopped by and was shown to their large showroom by Matt, one of their employees. The selection reflected a knowledge of office furniture and great design! I found a chair I liked and they ordered one to be delivered to my new office. But that wasnt the best part. The best part was that the chair I got wasnt a right fit. I reached out to Matt and his team did everything to rectify the situation -- including having me come back to the showroom to try out different chairs. They were clearly committed to my comfort and satisfaction. Eventually I swapped out my chair for another one and I couldnt be happy with the product and the service I received from D2. Im grateful for all their help!
