We purchased the Ergonomic Chair from Branch several months ago, and the process went very smoothly. Appropriate delivery times, showed up packed well, and assembly was very easy. The chair is very good quality at its price point.Fast forward a couple months, we decide to purchase another one, as we were pleased with the first. There were several delays, and the messages about why were scattered between problems in the factory and global supply chain issues. The delivery estimate changed several times. On top of this delay, they didnt make any attempt to expedite the shipment of the chair.After I posted my first review, someone did reach out to me regarding my purchase (They reached out directly, not just publicly). They were very friendly and apologetic, and seemed genuinely concerned that my experience was less than perfect. I appreciate the detailed explanation of whats going on. Hopefully for them and everyone else experiencing supply-chain/workforce issues, things start to get a little better.I understand that a pandemic world played a role in these delays, and thats understandable. My hope is that this company will improve their communication processes, because they do sell a good product.
Black ergonomic chair I have is pretty decent. The customer responsiveness is amazing. Had a few issues with the arm rest and the seat which got replaced ASAP. The chair is fairly good. 5 star for customer support and 4 star for chair.
We are waiting for our chair which is on back order, which not an issue as it was clearly communicated on the web site. Although their chat customer service is very friendly and professional, their ability to help with special request such as delaying a shipment a couple weeks further to allow for the primary user to be home upon receipt, and maximize the very short 30 day happy customer period is not possible. When asked if this period had any potential for an extension, it was a simple no. At the end of the day, they have no way to help or better predict deliveries due to the state of the global supply chain. While this is acceptable, and valid, helping customers through this should also be a goal. Also, beware, you can only talk through chat, as a phone number was no where to be found on the website, Google, or our order confirmation email. Hoping the chair is as comfortable and good quality as other reviews make it seem, and they continue to work on customer service if they want to sell to the public direct.Added after 4 months of ownership: The chair is doing well for us, and is generally comfortable for the price point. The levers for the arms width do not stay locked, but this is only a minor annoyance. The fabrics could be much softer (rather rough even for an office chair), but seems to be wearing well at month 4. Other than that, hopefully this company gets more color/fabric options in the future. I’m maintaining my 3 rating based on the chair arms and fabric, and initial annoyances with the company, but would note it is a high 3. The chair is worth the money, but don’t expect it to be like a $1000 desk chair, as it is not that close as implied by other reviews.
Customer service was awesome. I had my package stolen from my mailroom and Branch worked with me to get me a replacement within just a few weeks. The chair was easy to assemble and so far, pretty comfortable!
Branch gave me excellent service on my order of a Daily Chair! I had a billing question after the order was placed and fulfilled; Branch resolved it quickly to my satisfaction. And the chair is so nice my family owns three of them!

I ordered the ergonomic chair cause it seems like the most stylistic that was within my budget. It does not disappoint. It looks very nice in the white frame and black mesh. There are some small gripes I was able to fix myself, such as the armrest is a bit too hard so i got some armrest pads from amazon. This review is more for the support team in Toronto. I had so many questions about the product, and after they (chair and headrest) were shipped UPS lost them. The chair was found quickly, but the headrest was not, after several attempts for them to get UPS to locate it, they decided to ship me another one. I pinged them daily to find out where my products were and whoever I spoke to answered RIGHT AWAY and the turn around time on what needed to be done was also done RIGHT AWAY. Customer Service is always #1 priority for me when purchasing a product. Even though there might be some small gripes with the chair I was able to address them and I will definitely support them. So Thank you Rachel, Jenn, Jay, Keisha and Manaum for putting up with this pesky customer!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered my chair in august for my office and upon ordering I was warned there would be shipping delays until the end of the month. The end of the month arrived and when I inquired they said there were further delays until september 20th and refunded 20$. Here we are, end of september and still no chair in sight, when I inquired yet again they made excuses about global shipping issues and staffing shortages and told me to wait until november. That’s 3 months they expect me to wait for a chair (if not more). Branch furniture spends a ton of money on ads to lure a bunch of customers in, but can not handle the influx of new customers. If they can’t handle the demand they shouldn’t be showing products as in stock on their website. To anyone reading this, do your research before buying from them there are plenty of unsatisfied customers that are frustrated with their shipping delays. Needless to say, I asked for a refund and will be spreading the word about how terrible this company is.
I was so excited to set up my standing desk, but when I received my standing desk yesterday, the dimensions were incorrect and the pre-drilled holes on the wooden desk slab did not line up to the legs. I think for the price of these desks, it was extremely disappointing to receive such a poorly fabricated desk. We reached out to the online customer service, which was polite and extremely responsive, and were asked to drill our own holes into the desk and they took minimal actions to remedy the situation which was disappointing. I am still in the process of assembling and it does seem very sturdy, but overall, the headache of not knowing the condition of the product you receive or if youll actually be able to assemble as is, is not worth it and I wish I had looked elsewhere for my desk.

I found Branch Furniture on a couple review forums looking for an ergonomic chair that was not over $500. I bought their black/black ergonomic chair and have been extremely happy with it. They use high quality parts and I was able to assemble it in 20 minutes. I eased the back and shoulder pain I was having with a regular office chair. They are very responsive and have excellent customer service. The arm rest on one of the chairs I bought broke after the a month and they sent a replacement part as soon I as reported it. I would recommend this company and would purchase from them again.
BUYER BEWARE!!! CHAIR & DESK SEVERE BACKORDERWhen I ordered the website said their standing desk was in stock (2weeks to ship) and stated that the chair would ship mid June. Ok, I knew that from end of May to mid June is about 2-3 weeks. I expected that, and was given a specific date on the PO for the chair. I get an email from Keisha saying that the desk (supposed to ship in 2 weeks) would ship in July and I could take a refund if I did not like that. I agreed on the refund (for which I am still waiting on) but decided to wait on the chair for which this person guranteed me it would ship within a specific time frame. The week the chair is supposed to ship, I get no email on tracking. I ask again and now I am informed the chair will ship the next month.Sooooo, what are we playing at?!A PO is a sales contract, and it had specific promised date for you the perform your sales obligation. If you can’t meet that date, then be transparent on the ETA and state there is a 1-2month backorder. By not being honest at the point of sale, before people add the goods to their e-cart, you are asking for a whole lot of trouble and its almost fraudulent.I don’t need to state who I am, because if people check your instagram on the blue chair picture down below, there are about 3 people who commented that they are waiting for their order to be fulfilled. On insta others placed orders in April, and waiting for their chair still in June!!Ask for the ETA before you buy! Be aware that their dates change without notice and they don’t tell you unless you constantly ask! For the price and delivery just go to another retailer!! The pandemic will be over soon and people still waiting on their chair!🙄🙄🙄
With the pandemic, we are working from home and we needed a desk. We ordered this standing desk and we are happy about it. So theres that! But my review is more about our experience. We ordered during the pandemic and to our great surprise, the delivery team had no personal protection equipment whatsoever. Not even a fabric mask. We immediately sent some feedback to Branch, because we recognize the risks the delivery teams are taking and our assumption was they would be protected for their sake (and ours too, but we take less risks). Branch took our feedback very seriously. We had a response from the CEO within minutes, and within hours, they had located the issue, found out why, and found a solution for the delivery company that had ran out of PPE despite ordering some weeks ago. So the result is positive for all - wr have a good desk, these workers are protected and Branch gets a positive review!
Have been using the Ergonomic chair for over a month and couldnt be more satisfied. It is comfortable for my needs (8-10 hours in front of a computer for work). Cushion holds up, there is no bottoming out. Back is supportive and keeps my posture up (used to have lower back and shoulder pain with my previous chair, however, thats no longer an issue). Their 7 year warranty is definitely a plus for the price.One of the biggest perks is their customer service (Keisha specifically). Fast and friendly and will take the time to answer any and all questions/help in any way. Definitely will be considering other products they offer and will recommend them to others.
I originally hoped to purchase the Ergonomic Chair but it wasnt shipping until late August. Instead I went with the Elevate Chair. Unfortunately, the Elevate Chair was too large for my desk so I reached out to Branch support, specifically Keisha, for help figuring out a solution. Keshia was so supportive and awesome in helping me return the chair. Branchs customer service responded promptly and thoroughly to my concerns. Im grateful that this company is so personable and I really get the sense that they care about making their customers happy. Im really hoping that Ergonomic Chair comes back in stock because it seems like it would be perfect for my needs. I would happily deal with this company in the future.
Is it just me or the review function on their website is really broken? I hope that is unintentional and has nothing to do with all reviews there being 5 stars. Posting my review here instead.Had the standing desk for a week now. I liked it overall, especially the fact that the low position of this desk is really low enough, unlike many on the market which either dont support this or only support this in their extended range versions. It allows a 510 or even shorter person sit at an ergonomically healthy chair and desk height - 90 degree knee and elbow.There is a flaw in the design where a huge 14x4 wire hole is placed in the CENTER of the desk that sticks out and is NOT flush with the surface of the desk, so you have to place your monitor either on the right or left end of the desk - not middle-right, but totally right. I guess I should have looked more closely at the pictures before ordering. Getting used to it now. Note that I have the 60x30 version which makes it possible, but you may not be able to position a large monitor on the 48x30 version with this giant thing in the middle.The assembly was also done unprofessionally. They had stripped one of the screw holes and instead inserted the screw awkwardly diagonally. I believe that is done by a third party though - which Branch needs to hold up against higher standards.I gotta say I also love the quietness of the motors as you move the desk up and down. It is way quieter than a fancier desk I have at work.
My experience with Branch was awesome. I ordered a chair and a desk for my office at home. The chair is a lot more comfortable than the desk chair I had previously and I love the standing desk. Everyone I interacted with at Branch was very helpful. I would highly recommend!
