Pretty disappointing. I ordered two items 6 weeks ago. One of them still hasnt shipped. The one that did ship was the wrong size, due to an error with the SKUs on their website. I emailed customer service, and Allen initially got back to me promptly. We traded several emails over a day or two. We tried to exchange it for the right size, but they were all sold out. There was nothing I wanted instead, and so I just asked for a straight refund in exchange for returning the item.At first it sounded like he would be willing to provide assistance, but as soon as I asked for a refund, the emails stopped, and I havent heard back from him in over a week, despite 3 emails from me asking where we stood. Im thinking hes trying to run out the clock on when I can dispute the charge with my credit card company. I wouldnt order from them again.UPDATE: This review was originally a one-star review. About 48 hours after posting this review, the company contacted me, gave me a full refund, and told me I could keep the original, wrong-sized item. Based on that customer service, I am upgrading this to a 2-star review.

I used to always buy their stuff for myself in Burlington and was so happy to see more options when i went back. So soft and comfortable . I never really look at labels but every time i go back to the store im sure to check for new stuff. The price and quality cnt be beat.

I really love these pjs! my friends have even gone out and bought some too cuz of me . Got mines on Amazon and now that i follow them on IG im def going to hunt them down! i even wear them out! neon biker shorts are def fire!!! I NEED MORE!
