Ive had two lampshades done here and both experiences were pretty terrible. In both experiences, I had to have them redo the shade multiple times.In the first instance, they misaligned the center point of a diffuser, as well as used the wrong fabric. They tried to argue with me about the color of the fabric and convince me it was correct.The second instance, they decided on their own accord to use a mismatched trim and then tried to convince me it was part of the original order. Come to find out, they wrote on top of their receipt copy after I left the store.They have no intention of pleasing the customer and I generally leave the store feeling mistreated and disrespected.

I came here to find the perfect lampshade for a pair of lamps i inherited from my grandmother after the lampshades i bought at lowe’s were disappointing.i ended up spending about triple the amount of money i wanted to ($300 for two lampshades), but i’m so happy i did. they are beautiful and work perfectly with the lamps.customer service was excellent, the man who helped me was very patient and made excellent suggestions. so glad i didn’t settle for ordering online, which would have been cheaper but i never would have ended up restoring these vintage lamps to their potential.

Ive been coming here sporadically for years for myself and clients. Simple, inexpensive, decently made product. There are other places with way different price points for anything else. Dont know if has changed hands a couple of times over the years but always decent service. If nothing else definitely start here.
