I have purchased several items from T. Anthony over the years but wanted to relay a recent amazing experience regarding the quality of their products. My family had a very unfortunate incident where we had to recently evacuate the house on very short notice. As we were scrambling to get items out, we loaded up my 31” lightweight case with our wedding and baby albums, all of which have irreplaceable memories and are our most treasured possessions. In the chaos of all of this, the suitcase ended up getting soaked with liquid for a period of several days. We were devastated, thinking that all of our valuable memories were ruined. Not so! The waterproofing on the luggage kept everything that was inside completely dry and unharmed and we were able to easily clean the luggage with very accessible upholstery cleaners and the piece is as good as new. This has definitively proven to me what I already suspected—their products are at the pinnacle of quality and value and I will be a customer for life.

Decades of excellent experience with T. Anthony. They always stand behind their products, repairs are done, basically at cost, even years after purchase.

This location was particularly helpful to me! Jose and staff are kind and welcoming, right as you walk in the store. I had an issue with a product and Jose helped me fix it right away. He was easy to talk to and such a gentleman - listening carefully to me with patience and understanding! The reason why I continue to shop at T. Anthony is not only for its products, but mainly based on the fact that they are knowledgeable, polite and provide excellent service alongside the sophisticated products sold in store. I have nothing but remarkable things to say about T.Anhtony. It is always a pleasure to shop there. Not only are their products of the highest quality, their floor staff (and management) are so welcoming and informed, and patient! My experience with Will was just superior, above and beyond. And manager, John, has become almost a friend. In all, the T. Anthony staff make decision making very easy, never push a product I dont need or am not interested in, never force me to make a decision, and so many other tiny things that elevate the whole shopping experience. Not to mention, the effort they go to in maintaining products that one has already bought. I consider this to be a life long relationship, and I look forward to my next time shopping there.

I was surprised to find such consistently good reviews here compared with the much more mixed reviews on Yelp.I have been buying their mens wallets for many years from their Short Hills store, now closed, so I purchased one on line from them. $155. Unlike previously where the brand was discretely embossed this one has the logo printed in silver and, being a textured leather finish, the printing looks awful and indistinct - what you might expect from a $5 Canal Street knockoff bag.I emailed customer service but never even heard back from them. I thought their complete non-response an aberration but judging from the litany of shoddy manufacturing and poor customer service stories among the Yelp reviews it would seem par for the course.

I purchased a large roller bag from T.Anthony about 5 years ago and have used it lightly since. The bag has slowly fallen apart and finally the handle broke off after my most recent trip. The zippers are broken, the leather has deteriorated and the wheels do not work. I reached out have the bag replaced or repaired and they wrote back an obnoxious email with expensive repair fees. I am appalled at the customer service provided by this regarded New York brand. Their luggage is beautiful but the quality is horrific and the customer service even worse.

Never have shopped here. Though Im very familiar with the staff and a few customers. The place is out of my price range but I believe that it is worth it.

I must say that I am very surprised this luggage received any stars at all (if I could give less than 1, I would). I purchased a roller bag for my husband, and the wheel ripped out on one of his very first trips. He took it in and they fixed it, but I wouldn’t say it was a pleasant experience. Then the wheel they had repaired broke again, and they informed us we would have to pay to have it repaired. Then the handle broke. For the money, I would invest in a heartier brand who is devoted to customer service.

T Anthony makes attractive looking bags that fall apart immediately. The zippers break, the handles fall off, and the fabric rips. Usually, they break in the middle of traveling so, youre completely inconvenienced.

T.Anthony is a gem American Heritage brand with the most helpful sales experts in mid-town.

I went shopping today and passed a luggage store (luggage store), a special classic classic leather store. Look at the suitcases and bags in the window are very good leather, I cant help but go in!It’s okay if I didn’t go in. I went in and listened to the introduction of sales. It turns out that this T. Anthony has a good background! Even the current first lady and first daughter are long-term customers of this store! They opened in 1946-a family business! Amazing! Even Monroe (梦罗) used to find this store to order her red makeup case! Why do so many stars and celebrities even the president buy their bags? It turns out that their leather goods are handmade in Italy! This is not just a question of cost but a special production! Incredible! They have different types of leather; Louisiana Alligator Leather, Ostrich Leather, Vintage Leather... etc. Let me be confused!In the end, I couldnt live up to walking into such a store with a story and bought a few satisfactory leather bags! Returning with a full load and recalling their stories along the way! You guys also go check it out and listen to buy it!
