Its such a shame that this is the only Proenza Schouler retailer in Japan. I came here to take advantage of tax free shopping, hoping to get a PS1 medium in black. However, the elder sales lady was unfriendly and gave us (my mother and I) the feeling that she was looking down on us. Whilst she never said anything rude, she was standoffish and her attitude was the polar opposite to all our other experiences in Japan. The younger sales lady was much nicer (hence 2 stars instead of 1). I would rather pay more to purchase from a retailer that was nicer and less judgmental towards its costumers.
