I ordered from the online shop. I purchased a medium sized black crossbody purse and some accessories that matched the grey lining inside the purse.When I received my order about a week later, I was so excited. I opened and saw the black purse and it looked and felt like great quality (this was the most Ive ever spent on a purse). Then when I opened the inside, it was not grey lining-it was RED.My other items that I had purchased were a teal blue color and grey so now nothing matched either.. I reached out to customer support and after some back and forth and another week later, they have just told me today that the purse I ordered is actually sold out.I wouldve loved to be notified before being sent something I paid $198 for and wasnt even pictured on the site. Hopefully they will refund me. Disappointed. I have been lurking on their IG and online store for a year now..

I first found this place online and was excited to visit during my New York vacation. The women in the shop were welcoming and the right amount of helpful. No pushy sales. I love my new bag, and I hope to get another in the future.

I discovered Min & Mon about a year ago and have been coveting these cheeky bags ever since. I was fortunate to receive a gift card and set off on my shopping journey except I couldnt make up my mind what I wanted, I loved everything. I booked a virtual appoint to check out what was in store and help narrow down my decision. Jess hit me up to ask about what I might be interested in. We exchanged some info and when it came time for my appointment she had already set aside some really fun things based on what I had told her. She was so helpful and had no problems showing me all the cute combinations of bags and straps. I finally settled on a dream combo and she personally handled the order for me and sent over a payment link. SUPER EASY! If you need some funkiness / happiness in your life this is the place to go. So many fun and creative bags, key chains, wallets, etc. I own 6+ products from this store and get compliments every time I wear something. Their products are a breath of fresh and VERY original air. Super sweet and helpful staff. A business I love so much.

Easy to see right off of Spring Street servicing the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

Lovely space with hand designs of all types of wallets, bags and accessories. The saleswoman was lovely, she explained the creation process, origin of the fabrics, diversity of finishes and designs.I bought a beautiful wallet with nailed piercings. Without doubt an original and quality memory of the city.

The bag is also not expensiveI should buy one next time
