This is a very nice bag to say the least! It is perfect size for a laptop and important papers. The bag is lightweight and the leather is of extremely high quality. A well made business briefcase!

I received a confirmation of the order, but it has been over a week and I have not received a tracking number nor has the product arrived. I paid for three-day shipping. I have called the customer service number twice, left messages without anyone returning my call. So far my experience has been disappointing. One star is one star too many.

FedEx has not delivered to our home. They took it to Walgreens. Why would I pay extra to have FedEx not deliver to our home, but make me have to go pick it up at Walgreens? Ridiculous.
