Showed up 5min before closing knowing exactly the item I wanted. Was told sorry were already closed, despite not looking to shop but just make an immediate purchase. Not the kind of customer service to be expected from a brand like this.!

Great service the people working there know how to take care people

Came here on 7/14/21 and was greeted by a not so friendly SA. My wife had been wanting a certain style of bag for a while so we asked to see the various colors/sizes, which seemed to annoying the SA. I was ready to purchase it, but my wife was so put off by the SA that we left and bought it at the Macys location where the SA was 100x nicer.

Terrible customer service. We waited 15min just to enter the store, then no staff was kind enough to greet and help us. We asked for an item and the staff went back to check. All of a sudden she started assisting other customers leaving us hung there. The store management is a total mess. Avoid this store if you can!

The 7th floor Gucci For men has terrible customer service. The guys that works there just keep going on his phone texting doing absolutely nothing. Trying to get a gift for a friend had to walk up and ask if they have the item I am trying to get in stock but he just ignores you continue on his phone until you ask again the second time very rude! Don’t even go to this location!

Been trying to come in contact with them for two weeks now regarding a complaint of a faulty product. For starters they were super rude on the phone, they asked me to send an email, which I did... but no reply.
