I left my bag for service repair. I was expecting that they will do little bit the cleaning as they do for another brands because I paid $70 with tax for replacing the broken lock. It is already 25% price of the bag. I really like Furla bags, but repair service is so disappointing.

Loni from 5th Avenue store was simply amazing. She is a good human being she treated us with much respect and we didn’t want to leave without buying a bag! She has all the qualities of a brilliant sales person and I hope Furla recognized her for her valuable contribution to the company.
Clarifer was AMAZING in helping me with an international return. She took it upon herself to solve this after my repeated efforts with the online customer service failed. She owned it immediately, and stayed on top of it until it was solved. Even sent me several text pics of the bags I was choosing from, to make sure I knew what the colors looked like. She was professional and cheerful. She is definitely representing Furla as a world class luxury brand. Promote this girl! She should be managing the international customer service team :-)
Loni at the 5th Avenue NY store is an absolute gem! My mum and I went in and we couldn’t leave without buying a bag, once we met the lovely Loni. She deserves recognition for her beautiful nature and work ethic. She treated us so well and was so kind and made the experience so special. We are in fact going back tomorrow to buy another.

Sales assistant very rude. I asked for a price check and I was told it was too pricey. I felt it was very rude and discriminating. I left the store without purchasing anything. I love furla but she really didn t represent the brand. Very upset.
Horrible customer service. Especially a sales person called DAVID who is condescending and talks about customers behind their back.
