I needed a pair of shoes quickly, and the store manager Nichole took care of it. She was able to find the shoes in another state and have them shipped to me overnight. When she ran into a problem with shipping, she was able to quickly solve it, before I even know there had been a problem. The shoes arrived like magic just when I needed them. Nichole was calm, kind, competent, and professional. A true asset to the store and the Louboutin brand.

This location has a great selection. However, my sister and I noticed that the employees there offered water and their full attention to all of their customers— except us. We entered the shop respectfully and we were also the only people of color. We knew what we wanted, didn’t try on tons of shoes. We were very hurt that they offered bottled water and shifted their focus from us to other customers as they came through the door, right when we were ready to make our purchase. We didn’t make our purchase at this store, I guess they assumed we weren’t there to buy anything.

The manager Nichole is amazing. She was so patient and answered all my questions in finding my first pair of Christian Louboutins. I honestly went into the store wanting the Pigalle Follies but she was so helpful in explaining the different toe boxes on the different styles that I ended up going with the Corneille because they would be a better fit for my feet. I also asked questions about putting a sole protector but she recommended against it as it may ruin the heel and I am so thankful for her and her expertise. She and her staff made me feel so welcomed that I will only be buying my Christian Louboutins from her.

Im just a worker for the Meatpacking District but I have met the owner and hes a really good guy. We clean in front of the store and from what I can see his merchandise is top notch!

Sort of nice staff, but they do not follow through on their promises and the skills of searching their database is not optimal. They couldn’t find shoes that were in the Saks boutique... disappointed...

Great shopping experience. The staff has always been super helpful. But I usually have an idea of what i want when I go so its really only about them having my size and checking out the latest styles.

Christian Louboutin is great if you have the money and fashion sense to wear these French shoes. They are pretty impressive. They even have a mens section. I seen the shop in Paris and the NYC shops hold up well.

This store is racist! If you are not white they will ignore you! I’ll take my money else where!

I used to love his designs. Now its time to move forward Mr. Louboutin. The shoes look like tramp hooker heels and every girl in Jersey is wearing them. I am back to Manolo and Jimmy Choo. I love the quaint boutique in the West village, however, the merchandise, make fashion forward shoes. I am even now back into Roger vivier. Louboutin lost it, repeating itself over and over. And the handbags look ridiculous. I want to love this store, so please change!

I m in the store waiting patiently for 30 min to speak to an employee. They are all so busy so I m waiting for my turn to come as I ve already asked for help from the only woman in store and she would be with me as soon as she could. And then all of the sudden a new customer is arriving and the saleswoman starts to help her. And when I complained another salesman come to help. So I thank Tristian for his great help but my opinion is that the rest of the stuff was pretty lazy. ....... I had my family in the car outside waiting for me for more than an hour! Huge difference from the store at Madisons street! !!!

We arrived at 3 PM today, Saturday the 26th only to be told (in an extremely unprofessional and rude fashion) that the store was full and wed have to wait. After waiting several minutes for two people to leave, we were scolded by the doorman for trying to enter, and told wed have to continue to wait until he was ready. Never have I seen such awful customer service from such a high end store. The doorman was unbelievably curse and dismissive, and essentially singlehandedly lost multiple customers for the store. Until hes gone we will not be returning

Went about a year ago and loved the staff and my shoes

I visited this lovely boutique in the west village yesterday and was a little hesitant from what I had read on the reviews. Boy was I surprised. The boutique is exactly that, a boutique just beautified by all the art pieces that are Louboutin shoes. There are gorgeous shoes and bags everywhere. The store was clean, neat and very organized. The shoes and rest of the art work were displayed nicely. The sales associates were WONDERFUL! It was my first time purchasing a pair of Louboutin shoes and it was for a special occasion, my 30th bday. Well, these people could not have made my experience better. they were so nice, willing to help, answered all my questions and really down to earth. From the sales associate Nicole Green, who was bringing me the shoes and really cared about my opinion and providing me with her feedback; to Tommaso who, when he found out it was my first pair of Louboutins, was sweet and kind enough to wrap the box with a beautiful bow and told me he was getting it Instagram ready. Yes the shoes are expensive, but you can not put a price tag on that kind of customer service. Even Daryl, who I thought was a sales associate, ended up being the security (my friends later told me), well dressed might I add, was chiming in on how nice the shoes were and which ones were prettier. I fell in love with a pair of shoes, and I will Definitely return in December, on my next trip to New York, but a portion of my return, specifically, to this store will be to visit with these kind people. Thank you for making my shopping experience wonderful. Can not wait to visit with you again! And like they say, you never forget your first :o)

Worst Experience EVER!!!!! Having purchased plenty of Louboutins I consider myself pretty educated on the shoes. That being said I received a pair for the holidays as a gift, and obviously since the sizes vary depending on the style my suprise gift had to be returned. I work in retail my only available day was to come on a sunday which ultimately landed me in this dreadful location. Their were 3 employees NONE of them were eager to help, after much frustration I asked to try on one pair and was basically handed them as if they didnt care whether or not I purchased them or not, no customer service here at all. After being so turned off, I asked for a credit for the shoes that didnt fit, and THEN all of sudden they decided to work!!! It took two of them to determine whether or not I could get a credit. Meanwhile I had the shoes for 4 days and tried them on ONCE. So they decided they had to charge me $30 for an imaginanary dent they saw possibly from hard wood floors? I wish I had a picture of the bottom before I returned them but did not expect it to be handled that way. I do not normally write reviews but this place is horrible! It makes me not even want to buy loubies EVER again!!!!
