While I am thrilled with the quality of the blue lizard strap for my Grand Seiko, customer service was pretty poor. They shipped my strap to the wrong address, didn’t respond to emails or phone calls, and left me to sort it out. Needs improvement! Perhaps in-store experience better.

I originally made the mistake of walking in without an appointment for a custom order and felt like the staff was a bit cold with me. I will admit that I walked out feeling a bit disappointed bit from the experience, especially after spending money on a premium product.Fast-forward to my second visit after I was made aware my order was ready, I had an appointment this time and the experience was night and day. Second time around, the staff was expecting me, super helpful, friendly and extremely willing to show me various options when I decided to get an additional off-the-shelf strap to go on a different watch.Their materials are beautiful and quality of their work honestly exceeded my expectations.Moral of the story... plan your visit via appointment and youre guaranteed a great experience.

I ordered a custom strap in January 2020 on the first part of a two-part work trip to NYC, and was assured that it would be available on the second part of the trip to be fitted to my keepsake vintage mechanical watch. It was not, despite multiple calls and check-ins. The shop finally agreed to fit the strap and ship it back on my watch to my home, since I was not going to be back in New York for some time. I received the watch by mail, not signed for, and extremely poorly packed; no padding at all, rattling around a bare box. It had been broken in transit. I have attempted contacting the shop and have received absolutely no response. Deeply disappointed.

Probably the best selection of high-quality watch bands in NYC. They offer a vast array of colors, sizes, and materials. Their leather, crocodile, ostrich and sea-ray products are amazing. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. A great experience, but it comes at a price. Still worth it!
