Bought a pair of moccasins in turquoise and were great. Size 42, I wear an 11. Bought another pair last week, same size different color and they are small. Its a good thing I tried them on because I figured same mfg and shoe size. Now I see a 15% restock fee! I wrote to them but no rsvp on these fees due to their mfg error. They were shipped back today. It was $15.45 USPS Priority and they charge $20 for their shipping fees? Seriously not a good situation.

I ordered one pair of Mare suede flats in tobacco, and when they finally arrived many weeks later, they were wonderful. Thus I thought I would order the same Mare flats in red suede. This time they arrived in just a few weeks, but they were much smaller than the first pair, even though both were a 40. The red pair were painful to wear.I wrote Andrea Carrano immediately to tell them about the problem, and they requested that I return the small red pair, and said they would send a replacement. I sent the tight pair back immediately. That was about two months ago, and despite my writing three times to ask about the whereabouts of the replacement red suede Mare loafers, for which I paid several hundred dollars, I have no shoes. In fact, I just received an email from them saying that my shoes were delivered on September 10 — that is even before I ordered them!Unless Andrea Carrano fills my order, I have been defrauded of my money. I have been looking for a pair of stylish, but comfortable, but dressy black boots with a low or no heel for a few seasons now. I had the luck to stumble into this store on February 9, 2017 in the middle of a blizzard. Snagged a lovely pair of high black boots made from obviously fine soft leather for 1/2 price. I had a similar pair that lasted more than 20 years; they are worth the price and you dont look like you just came from the stable, a big plus!

While shopping for suede booties there I overheard someone come in and talk about the shoes they bought from the store over 20 years ago, stating they were in perfect shape, when you buy good Italian shoes, just like handbags they dont wear out!!!

May not be worth the label... some uncomfortable fits, so be worned.the styles stay the same, and the value for what you are getting gets lower. better shoes stores abound.
