Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff, both over the phone as well as in person. If you can, try to bring cash. I purchased dry ice here to ship frozen goods across the country and had a great experience. Will buy from here again!

Got dry ice from here, good deal for under $25. Two bricks in a nice thick bag. we took it on the road and it lasted the whole entire day, totally great and bring cash.

I went here to get dry ice to transport breast milk on a plane. The person I talked to was very helpful, made sure I had enough dry ice for the ~12 hour trip, and also gave me a small discount. He said a lot of people come here for the transport-breast-milk-problem.The place sells dry ice as both slabs or pellets and they put the pellets into a paper bag, so youll have to bring your own thermos bag/ice cooler. The price is pretty cheap/reasonable ($2/lbs with a 5 lbs minimum). Pretty good service.

Thought Id leave this since there were mixed reviews: I needed a simple, 5 lbs package of dry ice to transport two pints of ice cream across state lines. Pick up was quick and easy and employees were helpful. I cannot speak to larger demands or delivery, just store front pickup. Fun fact: 5 lbs of dry ice was enough to keep two pints frozen in an insulated cooler for 10 hours, room temp, plus 3 hours in a hot bus!

The worst level of customer service I have ever experienced. If you are ordering dry ice for the first time - please do not contact this company. Frank has no patience for anyone who is not already knowledgeable of the dry ice business. Told my colleague that they are very busy and could not confirm contact information for an order. I am sure there are other companies in New York City that provide this service. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I only gave one star so the review could be posted, if not for that it would be a minus 4 stars.

Ive been working with these guys for years. I am a caterer and often need huge amounts of ice...........and sometimes I dont need much at all. Almost always, they are prompt, courteous and helpful. I greatly appreciate that they make my company look good!

I’ve been coming here the past few years for dry ice to transport homemade ice cream to friends out of state. Always a pleasant experience, and my ice cream stays frozen!

I had a great experience. Although, the delivery was behind schedule, traffic in the city on a Friday afternoon. The delivery guy Richie was a great help. He instructed me on the best way to utilize the dry ice I had purchased. He was behind schedule, but didnt rush out on me. I was expecting to be without power for 24 hours in a commercial kitchen. Temperatures never got above 40 degrees in that time frame thanks to his recommendations.

I had a catered event in the city and my caterer forgot the ice.we called United and they came through in a pinch, and with reasonable prices. I would recommend them for all events in the future.

Can you please shut up? Every morning before 7am, ten of your delivery guys are screaming as loud as possible. This is a residential area, BE QUIET!!!

Called about minimum which was 5lbs for 10 dollars and I asked how long it was would last in a cooler to which he replied 24 hours. All in all no attitude and surprisingly polite for an iceman. Nice no worries ;)

Person on the phone this morning is ridiculously rude. Called with a few questions and dont wanna buy ice here cause of how impatient they are.

I just called to see if they could help me with a dry ice delivery for tomorrow and if they could give me advice on how much I should order for the size of room and how to operate it and all they guy kept saying was $5 for a pound, 5lb minimum.....so thats all I know and I wont be using this service. He seriously said it about 5 times in answer to every question I asked.
