On of my favorite place to get bubble tea. They have a lot of options and i love their toppings (bubble juices, couple different flavors 😋) cant find them other places yet. We always stop there when we are around. Havent try the ice so far.

Visiting with a friend, we were excited to try out Penguins offerings. With an expansive menu, there is a lot to choose from.However, the two of us were slightly disappointed. Having both ordered from the general menu, our items were to be made with specific ingredients. That being said, both of our items were made with incorrect ingredients, such as my order which was intended to feature banana slices instead of the blueberries I actually received.In the end, we both decided it wasnt worth addressing, but we still walked away feeling a little let down, although the food was still enjoyed.

Holy cow-This is just about the best ice cream I’ve ever had, and the pictures are 100% legit!! Definitely try the Rainbow Bridge, which is fruity pebbles, strawberry, an oreo, and fruity pebble ice cream! I would definitely come again!!!! Also you get to watch them roll the ice cream in front of you, which is SatISfyInG! And the customer service is AMAZINGLY AWESOME 👏! Have a good day.

I have a first experience but its so good and dilation very friendly staff I love it.

I got a fruit slush with boba and a juice with boba. Both were very good and yummy. Store has a little seating area but luckily we got some seats.

Its a very small mom and pop shop that has good quality items. The peach oolong tea and green giant ice cream I ordered far exceeded my expectations for a shop their size. The next time Im in the neighborhood Ill be sure to drop by.

Friendly, quick service and delicious drinks! The line couldve been better organized, but I think a hot, humid Saturday was the main contributor to that. ;)

Great customer service. I got the passion fruit tea with bubbles and jelly. They add a ton of bubbles and jelly which I love. Only downside to the drink was that the syrup was all on the bottom, so the first few sips were super sweet. Make sure to shake first!!

Everything looks nice. Ice cream is lacking a bit in flavor. Lots of toppings including nice fresh fruit.

I got the monkey jungle (or something along the lines of that) and I want to say it was pretty bad. The banana they put in the ice cream was not ripe creating a bitter taste, and the person making the ice cream did not seem to know how to make the rolls as they came out very large and irregular. They charge the same price as 10below (without unlimited toppings but their toppings portions seem more considerable than 10below) but they don’t have as good rolls. I would have given this place 2 stars, however, the cashier was very friendly and smiled, which is really nice to see once in a while. I hope to see this place improve.

They serve very good food here! I really like their egg waffle ice cream, but I feel like the egg waffle needs some more sugar, it tastes very dull. My favorite flavor of ice cream rolls is probably Cookie monster, it never gets old! I would recommend this place for desserts.

The Thai ice cream is consistently good here. Its also enough to share unless youre a glutton like me.Thai blueberry is my favorite here.

Theres not a lot of places that make lychee milk tea so I was extremely excited to see it on the menu. Prices are a bit steep but the flavor was great and everything Id hoped for. I also like that you can get Thai ice cream here with lots of different toppings. Definitely will be my go-to bubble tea place.

Best locally-owned boba shop in Chinatown. This is the only place Ive *ever* found that has lychee milk tea, my girlfriends favorite. Prices are very fair, and they have a loyalty reward program of one free drink out of every ten. Highly, highly suggest!

My friend treated me to rolled ice cream. I chose the #2 (strawberry and vanilla). I also got the Thai bubble tea before eating the ice cream. It isnt chalky at all like some other places, and very refreshing. The ice cream was garnished with a strawberry and other goodies that paired well. Will definitely be going again!

Oh summer matcha I love you so! Fun to watch and delicious to eat. My daughter had the cookie monster (pictured) with gummy bears, sprinkles, and mint chocolate chips. Definitely check out the Groupon for this place.

The teenage girl that works as the cashier is very cute and friendly. The person who made my honey milk tea decided to give me low sugar even though I didn’t specify cause I wanted the normal amount. My tea ended tasting like unsweetened milk because she barely added any honey or tea. The rolled ice cream is nothing but an instagram trend. There was nothing outstanding about the taste in fact, $7 for a few ounces of liquid ice cream frozen and rolled up to increase surface size and make it look like there’s a lot of it is just not worth it in my opinion.

One of the most amazing place if you want to some great ice cream. I went there many times. The Ice cream were not expensive and afford to many. You can add anything on top of your ice cream without addition charge. This place has one of the most amazing service and workers. I highly recommended this place.

Overall, good ice cream priced at 6 dollars. A little bit overpriced for my tastes but given the fact you can choose a wide arrange of toppings for free was pretty good. Also, nice variety of flavors as well. Theres taro, chocolate, matcha and more. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I would say better than Cold Stone. It looks perfect when served. You get unlimited toppings which contains fruits such as, Kiwi(Best Recommend), mango, strawberry, banana, lychee, and many more!

Watch as liquid ice cream is poured onto an instant freeze griddle. The ice cream is scraped up into a roll an served. They offer many Asian inspired flavors and a variety of unique toppings. I found it all interesting to watch, but prefer gelato or ice cream over this because I find the flavors to be diluted.

Came here with a Groupon deal and had a great time. The servers were friendly, the ice cream was tasty, and the variety was massive. Would recommend to those who want to try Thai-styled rolled ice cream.

The rolled ice cream is wonderful. I dont recommend the egg waffle style cone unless you have a lot of time and dont mind waiting. Its tasty, but not worth the wait for it to bake.

Ive been a couple of times.. Discovered it on Groupon. I always buy another Groupon voucher after I use mine. This is an awesome place. The ice-cream is delicious and it is beautifully presented. Its a great little cozy spot to socialize for a few.

Its just a novelty imo. $7+ for each. I suggest sharing just one. When picking one, all the additional ingredients are not toppings but get smashed into with the ice cream and so dont be dumb like me and get the same ingredients as toppings. You can get an unlimited number of toppings. Credit cards accepted. The panda filled crackers are not what is displayed on the wall, so just dont get it as the actual thing isnt as cute as the one displayed on the wall.

All I can say is, Dang, that was some good ice cream! And it was, too. I spotted Penguin from my hotel room at the Wyndham across the street. I got ready to go and by the time I finished doing what I was doing, it had closed. So I became a vague Penguin stalker. When I finally spotted them open and me free to race across the street, I was greeted by the coolest ice cream place short of gelato in Rome I had ever been to. Everything was made there. And the flavors were amazing.I got the green tea matcha. Needless to say, it was gone in short order. It was well worth the somewhat OCD behavior to get through the doors in the first place. Highly recommend.
