Worst experience. Rude to my 80 year old parents. Do yourself a favor and buy a pint from the grocery store.

The run raisins were okay, Ive had better ones before. The server kinda made me choose a bigger cone even though I requested the small one, which I find annoying

Im only giving the store 4 stars vs. 5 simply because they were out of my favorite Swiss Vanilla Almond flavored ice cream. We were told its because of a lack of key ingredients so Häagen-Dazs doesnt currently have it available. I did make the acquaintance of pralines and cream and the verdict was......yummmm! Only 2 customers can enter at a time and they do offer outdoor seating.

A tad bit too expensive. Just go to the bodega and get a pint for half the price and twice the product. It is haagen daz so it taste spectacular.

Really disappointed 😢 I really wanted ice cream tonight. I paid over $8 for a small cup and ended up throwing it out because something tasted very spoiled.

The non-dairy chocolate salted fudge truffle flavor is the BEST NON-DAIRY ICE CREAM IVE EVER HAD. Ive tried many from other shops and this is the only one where I had to double check with the employee to make sure they didnt accidentally give the non-dairy flavor. The service is good here and they have outdoor seating.

I’m not a very picky person however customer service must be improved in this store ASAP. I was there on June 30th, 2018 I decided to treat my girlfriend to ice cream from the best ice cream company. As soon as we walked in the two gentle men working there at 8:30pm could not even acknowledge us in the room nor even have the decency to welcome us. To make matters worse we asked questions about the prices and scoops of ice cream but not once did he even look at us while we spoke to him. He kept talking over us when we asked him to actually show us the scoops of ice cream in the cup. Overall the experience was the worst and because of that I’m done with going to this store I’d prefer to just go to the supermarket and get ice cream instead. This store doesn’t care about there customers so if anyone else out there is reading this I would not spend a dime in that store if I was you.

Its weird to pay more for a small cup of Haagen-Dazs then I would for a pint at the supermarket. Every time I end up doing this I ask myself why Im doing this but I do it anyway. Its the same ice cream albeit you can get it dressed up pretty nice here for a cost.I feel I dont get enough for the premium cost they are asking. Next time I may just go to the supermarket.

Quick service and the pint container is 16 oz not 14 like in supermarkets

Really nice little ice cream shop. It’s very small with 2 or 3 tables for two people to sit down.

I ordered a mocha frappe and took one sip and it tasted like watered down milk mixed with crushed ice cubes. When I told the man it was not at all good, he and his friend behind the counter only told me well, thats what it is. Absolutely ZERO customer service! Not only did they not offer to not make me pay for the disgusting thing that I threw out in front of them, they also didnt offer to make me something else. And all this while being simply rude. They acted as if we were inconvenincing them by being in the store. Oh and he also charged me $1 just for a cup with ice in it! That, as well as my childrens two ice creams in a small cup cost me more than anyone should pay for terrible service and terrible ice cream. If youre in the area, keep walking along Broadway and find another place to get a cool refreshment. You wont regret it! I will never go to this store again - or any other Haagen Dazs store. Some people should be trained on Customer Service before they are left behind the counter to their own devices.

Mediocre Haagen Dazs shop. I highly recommend wandering to one of the many supermarkets within a 2-block radius and getting the same ice cream from the market, for cheaper!

Typical haagen dazs place. Its sad that they dont have green tea flavor, my favorite one. One star was taken off because of the service😔
