Well…to preface, I live in NYC and ordered online to have delivery. I’m giving these guys 3 stars. The products were as expected, packaged nicely and are otherwise great.My online order experience was something else tho. I didn’t get a confirmation email, a shipping email, tracking number etc basically anything that’s required for online shopping. I had no idea if they got my order or not.I sent an email to no response inquiring about the lack of order confirmation. A day went by, nothing. I assumed they didn’t get my order so I emailed to cancel so I wouldn’t be out a hundred bucks. The next day, everything showed up.To this day, no one has answered my emails. I even commented on their instagram and it went ignored lol.I’m glad to have my products because I truly did want them, but like… imagine if I wanted to actually cancel my order.

Great service and great prices. The lady was very knowledgeable about CBD and guided me to the right choice for my purchase. Highly recommend. They also give sample CBD gummies as well!

Ok so the products are really good. Definitely recommend buying them in the store, and the store clerks really know their stuff.IF YOU ORDER ONLINE, you might as well roll some dice and burn your money. And also bang your head against the wall, since thats what attempting to use customer support is like.Nobody will pick up if you call their phone(i just did for the past couple of days). Nobody will call you back and reply to your messages. Also, nobody will reply to your email. The online Chat with us that claims we reply immediately is worthless and does not respond(not even an automated response lol).I made a $60 order with the $25 next day air express delivery option. Its been about a week and the order hasnt even shipped yet, and there is no one to talk to about. Feeling very bummed and cheated :(Im also not the only one with this issue. you can check the other reviewers too. such a shame since the product is rlly good.

I’m excited I found this place, I went in for 1000mg of the full spectrum CBD oil, I believe it has 0.3% THC. I also got 750mg of gummies. The prices here are right, I just wish I would have picked up some flowers too! Next visit though.

The number go to place in the Big Apple for Hemped and CBD products! I was walking along Bleecker late at night and I came across the store front. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. The store is well priced for the type of products and quality. You have to come by and chat with the staff.
