I have ordered 3 hats from this company before and everything was perfect I love the quality but after Covid 19 I ordered 2 hats April 2020 and never received them no response no anything I hate to say it but I think covid may have affected this company in the worst way because I’ve NEVER had an issue with them before that. I love my hats. Hopefully they will bounce back

Very irritated, placed an order, havent received nothing yet, no phone number to call, no response to my emails, bad customer services. My husband loves hats but they just lost a good customer!!!!

I place an order with this company! Paid extra money to get it second day air. I kept call until I final spoke to some who isn’t a pro stand rep. Who gave his word I would get it by Saturday. He even said I would get a trade number. Friday minute to 5pm no trafficking number. My client have the video shoot, everything is set. But no 🧢.

I bought a $200 coat have not received nothing i have my bank investigating to get my money back they need to be shutdown please spread the word wish i read the reviews first people are getting scammed out of there hard earned money

I place a order it came but wrong size email to return hasnt replied back after several emails

So now they stealing money from customers i send them emails they dont respond at all VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY STOLE 194 DOLLARS FROM ME VERY UPSETTING

Ordered a hat have yet to get it... What kind of business has no phone number??? Have left several messages and still waiting for a response. They collected my money was a gift for my boyfriend.
