If you are ordering from this company online make sure you screenshot EVERY ITEM’s return policy if it is returnable, in addition to reading everything on their website about returns and exchanges. They do not have good customer service, and you need to protect yourself as further email communication and receipts may not load, and may say something different. Note: Nordstrom carries this brand and is much better at respecting their patrons returns and exchanges. Too bad, really nice quality items with timeless style.

I ordered 2 hat and received 1. They are charging me $14 for a return label even though they screwed up the order. Siea basically called me a liar about what I received. Not a good company to do business with.
