Judging by the size of the store and what was out on display I didnt think they would have much for me but boy was I wrong. Everything they have is good quality and not cheap Asian imports. And, important for me they had hats I liked in a size to fit my big head. I bought two hats and will be going back again.

This is a very nice upscale store. The hat selection is excellent. The quality of the hats is extremely high. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful and will go out of their way to see that you get the right hat and the right fit. In my case, I had to return to Georgia before I could get back to the store and Mira sent me photos to show my wife and then arranged shipping after the purchase. A very pleasant experience on all counts.

Love the services here. I got 2 hats for for the winter season. Well worth the money. I wear them all through the season. The quality is amazing and it keeps me warm. Good day for everyone !I bought this hat in this storeAt the beginning when I went to the store I saw that the prices are very expensive!Secondly the saleswoman to call her Oksana, was very angry, and always forced to buy. She said that this is their only store! BUT DO NOT BELIEVE they have two more stores,(90 W Houston St, New York, NY, 55 E Houston St, New York ) and hats are cheaper in those stores, and they lie to everyone that their hats are only sold here.She persuaded me to pay with cash, and said how she does not like Russians and Trump i dont know why she told me even i didnt ask her about it Strange . Borsalino you can buy much cheaper in Bergdorf Goodman or Online .This Store Lie to everyone that they are only one but Before coming make research better !!!. Prices are Overpriced all tags are removed that its made in china, they lie that its made in EuropeAnd also NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE be aware of thisVery pushy, not professional, and rude costumer service .I am Disappointed overallAfter couple times hat become different shape, and brim are destroyed
