One stop shop I were able to find all the things I wanted

I give this hardware store 5 stars cause staff are helpful and friendly also they got everything its amazing

Needed some random items like a mortar and pestle and a tiny pot - they had both. for cheap. great selection.

An AC I bought (Frigidaire) stopped working within 24 hours. I called and told them, and within 15 minutes an employee was at my door. He confirmed that it wasn’t working, told me he’d bring me a new one, and was back 25 minutes later with a replacement. I didn’t have my receipt or anything, but they were fast, easy to deal with, and I now have a functional AC.

This place is the reason theres no home depot or Lowes nearby.

Always have what I need, especially with masks & cleaning supplies that I cannot seem to find anywhere else during COVID times!

This was my go-to hardware store when I worked in Midtown. If youre doing work on your apartment then odds are theyll have what you need. In particular their selection of 3M strips is great for hanging things up without damaging the wall. There is so much stuff in here though that the main problem here is finding things. The store is not clearly organized at all so you typically need to ask someone where to find things. Doesnt make things quick and easy if youre just trying to grab something. Prices are reasonable for most items which is good. I havent talked to anyone about advice using an item as I havent needed to. Guys who work here in the aisles are always friendly, unlike the guys behind the counter who always seem to be in a mediocre mood. Regardless the positives outweigh the negatives, and the selection and pricing alone makes this place worth it.

For a small store, it has an an amazing selection of home and home repair items. Helpful staff. Competitive prices.

Expensive as hell! They gouge because they know they can. $4.99 for a 20 cardboard box and $5.99 for a single lightbulb = taking advantage of your neighbors. Oh, and the people that work there are too busy on their phone to even care for your patronage. Only redeeming quality is that they are the closest for me. I only go because Im to lazy to leave my block, so I guess I have to deal with it. Im sure they know this...

I bought a shower head there yesterday and after my partner stated that he didnt need the shower head, I went to return it in the package. They not only didnt process the return but were unbelievably rude.I wouldnt suggest going there EVER EVER

Just came from their store. Was first surprised that they were open early in the morning when I called this morning. Was also glad they had verything I was looking for in houseware items.

If you have posted hours, dont waste my time by disappearing at lunch hour with a sign thats says will return at 1:30
