Sold me a set of lights that did not work. when I return them, he look at them & said the lights were good w0w

Didnt know how to copy a key!!!I had to go back & still couldnt have a copy for it.

Best place to have keys copied.

Excellent customer service, and even had a special length tube light which no other big chains carried. (Staples, Ace, Amazon etc.) I will certainly be returning in the near future for any difficult items to find!

This place sucks!The staff is awkward and not friendlyStore looks like a messThey failed to correctly cut my key twice, Im never going backJust dont even bother going to this place...take the extra time and walk somewhere else.

Answered the phone and checked stock then and there, gave me a code and I had the access panel I couldnt get anywhere within the next 30 mins. The people inside the store in the city are a bit rude but hey, its construction, you get used to it.
