Friendly and helpful in-store personnel. They had almost everything we needed

Small store, but they carry everything! Very friendly staff, will answer questions very helpful. The hours of operation seem to change call ahead before going.

The owner a helpful and polite and is more interested in helping the customer than just selling.

Great service, these people have so much knowledge about everything. I was looking For a piece for my aquarium hose and they figure out right away and gave me the right piece I was looking for I really recommend this hardware.

I really dont wanna give this store one star. I would give the no stars for the way I was treated by the owner. I needed help finding some screws and the owner treated me like crap! He spoke to me as if I was an ignorant female. Anytime I try to explain to him that I knew the product I wanted, he just interrupted me. He belittled me. When I tried to tell him there was a miscommunication, he told me that he didnt feel like arguing with me and that I could figure out what I wanted on my own. This was the worst customer service Ive ever received in my life. I DID NOT spend my money in this store and would tell anyone not to put money in the pockets of business owners who treat their customers as if theyre insignificant.

The store was very junkie. I could not make a credit card purchase unless i was spending $15 or more on heard of.

Acted like I intruded on his busy day and was annoyed he had to take the time to sell me a stupid mop I grabbed myself. I was the only person there. I left and went to the dollar store.

Its aiight. If you need something small and dont want to travel, its super convenient. However, if you want quality equipment for a project, you should go elsewhere.
