GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE !! Such great help. Right when i walked in the manager was there to greet me and asked me if i needed any help. This is my new go-to hardware store. I never leave disappointed.

The is the best hardware store I have been to in the city. They have everything you can think of, at multiple price points to fit any budget. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Ive been in several times with different projects and they always have the perfect solution. 10/10 will recommend to literally everyone I know.

This place is great. Oddly, the name Nunez appears in their name and its also the name of another hardware store that I reviewed less than favorably. This particular store is very helpful. Their staff in knowledgeable and does their best to help you figure out exactly what you need to finish your project. The prices are reasonable. The selection is large. This is my new go-to hardware store.

This is my Go to Spot. They are very accommodating I have never had issues. I had trolley get all screwy the manager let me use his wrench real quick to tighten the wheel. Ive been friendly and courteous with them for years. It pays to get to know the people by name they are willing to do more for you when you are like that.

Great store, awesome customer service.. always willing to help you in anything you need I’ve been there not even knowing what I’m looking for and this guys figure it out they’ll even explain how to do the job.. every time I go there I leave the store very satisfied .. if it’s in their hands they will do anything to help you.. my mother was there the other day to get a new shopping cart because the wheels were loose on hers old one and they tightened the wheels for her isn’t that awesome .. I have other stores around my place and I rather walk a little more and go there. Thank you guys we need more stores and customer service like yours in our area

This is the best hardware store in the neighborhood. They almost always have what Im looking for. The guys here are knowledgeable and very friendly to the customer. Its a pleasure to shop here. There are other hardware stores that are closer to where I live, but Im happy to walk a few extra blocks to come here.

Today I was there with my super from where I live. He purchased roughly $800 worth of merchandise and couldnt get a wrench borrowed to tighten the wheel on the hand truck that gotten loose. Disappointing! Especially when our new super is such a nice guy. I would have lost it if I had spent that much and couldnt get a wrench borrowed. 🙌

Some how no matter what I need, they have it. Since the store is cramped, you may need to ask the staff where items are. Prices are very good for the area.

Frequent customer here. Spend roughly $400-$1500 monthly. On this one day my hand truck back caster wheel were coming loose. I just purchased 12 boxes of bathroom tiles, 4 gallon glue, grout, cement, sheet rock, wonderboards, etc.... I asked for a wrench to tighten my wheel. I was told that they couldnt help me.Could not get one borrowed and I see them working on stuff all the time. Very disappointed being that I spend so much on a daily basis and visit so often.

This is the only place I’ll go to in the neighborhood. Always friendly and super helpful.

While I had come here several times to get materials, one day I arrived right at opening time and no one was around. I went elsewhere for what I needed, and by the time I walked by (about 30 min later) they were just opening up. That was really disappointing.

I will not come to this place anymore and will advise other not to come here. You spend money and get no help or direction to anything. I deal with many other distributors and this was by far my worst experience ...
