I thought it was great. They cut keys that 5 other hardware stores could not cut.
What a horrendous store. Insanely overpriced and an extremely rude man who owns the place. He charged me $40 to get 2 keys copied and then when one of them didn’t work, he made me try again 3 times and refused to give me a refund each time.
I am still in shock. I went in for 2 reasons. One to buy my weekly lotto ticket in my dad,s memory & to look at a paint purchase. The store was empty.I simply play the same numbers bi weekly. As I handed the man my ticket, a woman comes barging in, rudely, Can I ask a quick question to which she drags on about her floor issues. Next the man runs off to help her. I say excuse me, I was here first. Can I finish? The store man says, well shes a customer, youre just buying a lotto ticketI say, I was going to purchase, now I will never come in this store again.Shame on the rude woman, and shame on the store manager. If you provide a service, then honor it. Treat people respectfully.Never experienced such shoddy treatment.Never again.
Great service,, perfect on returns.Generous if you are short on the pay..trust worthy.
RIP OFF. Charged 6.00 for a roll of twine, 95 yards. Bought same jude twine natural fibers at another store for 2.87+tax and twice the yardage. Over priced!!!!!!
The owner was professional, helpful, and very funny.
Unsurprisingly, all of the poor reviews are due to the incorrect hours being posted. The guy who runs it is super helpful and friendly and I always find what I need here. However, you should give a quick call before heading over since I can’t figure out what hours they’re actually open.
Ripoff prices: almost triple the price on some items. Example: I paid $3.66 for a toilet supply hose at NY Replacement Parts on 94 and Lex. At this hardware store they wanted $9.75 and he did it with a straight face. I set it down right in front of him and silently walked out. You have to be in desperate need of something to buy in here. The selection isnt so bad: just the prices.
Google maps listed them open on sundays. I need to replace one screw in order to finish a project, walked to them in a rainstorm, only to find out that they were closed.
Have been sitting in front for 20 minutes now. They dont open at 9a.m.
So much for you all being open at 9am...
Closed at noon on Friday, yowza
Well
