Cant enter unless you have a mask on, there short on paint supplies, I guess everyone is painting and redecorating due to vivid 19. But employees are cheerful and helpful despite whats going on

Very very helpful staff. There is a guy who is mother tongue Italian and since I don’t know any hardware terminology that was supremely helpful. Also they have materials I couldn’t find elsewhere like floor transitions in various sizes.

One word - crooked. Watch the guy at the register like a hawk and check your receipt and bag before you leave. He tried to put two extra little bags of fasteners and charge me for them. Undoubtedly hoping that it wouldnt be worth going back to get the refund. Well, since I live one block away I went back...asked for my money back, he didnt say a single word while he gave me a refund and his body language told me exactly what I needed to know, that mf did it on purpose and he knew it. Go to the hardware store a block away on 3rd instead and 104 instead.

Very good place to go if you have any problems in the house and dont have any idea how to fix it, they are very knowledgeable in how to fix almost any problems and they will give you a quick class to show you how to do it yourself class, just let them know
