Pretty basic store. Not a great selection which is why I take off a star. Staff isnt the most knowledgeable hence another star deducted.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They carry a good supply of plumbing and general hardware materials. Their prices are reasonable for a local establishment.

If YOU know what you need, than go there. Was given a whole $50+ jar of wrong paint, even with a sample of what I needed. Then tried to convince me of buying it and repaint my whole house (instead of a lil spot I had to cover), because they already made it and someone has to pay for it. Well, not me.And it was hard to find someone to help me in the first place. Still didnt.Dont talk to them, just get what you need or go to a place where peopleknow what they’re selling, if you need help.Simpler stuff, like brushes, was no problems to find help with here.

They make copies of multi lock keys without the card that do not work and damages the lock.

Terrible store and workers dont know what they are doing..Im not tech savvy so I asked asked the worker for an ethernet cable and he gives me a USB cable instead..I come back the next day to return it and he says he cant exchange or return it because the box was open..so I had to take a loss because of what this man told me was the tight item

The manager and cashier did not and do not have a knowledge base on the merchandise in the store, not even a basic knowledge base I went to purchase (2) 3 way light bulbs and neither one of them could tell me if a light bulb has 50,200, 250 watts on the box but at t he bottom of that box it has lumenes with numbers on it, they could not tell what the lumens meant, and they didnt care that they did nt know either so I ended up just buying 1 bulb instead of my intended purchase of 2 bulbs..you need to have workers in your store that have at least at a minimal, a basic knowledge on some of their merchandise....they should be able to articulate at least how a 3 way light bulb works...geez!

Dont go to this place. they are scammers. go to target. if you ever have an issue target will at least help, instead of trying to steal moneyEDIT: heck no i would never give you another chance, you stole my mothers money, after she bought a defective product from you, and you refused refund
