I love this place. When no local store has what I need I know I can count on C&S & If I dont know the name of what I’m looking for, Stan is ALWAYS there to help.

Very helpful staff and good stock. I needed some supplies for a pest problem, and the person behind the counter showed me everything I needed and advised me on how to use it.

Bought some new heating and plumbing supplies from here. Prices were good and Angel was really helpful. Delivery was fast.

I visited C&S True Value Hardware for a plumbing problem. The employee not only helped me select the right parts but also showed me how to install them correctly. He also asked me to come back if I had any problems. Their extreme customer service is the reason that I would recommend them to anyone. The employees at C&S True Value Hardware go above and beyond to help customers with what they need. They dont even bother to sending you to competitors if they dont have what youre looking for—highly recommended!

Taking advantage of pandemicWhen we look back at this time, please remember that this store was selling 6 rolls of toilet paper for over $15.00. Ask them to be better neighbors. Key foods, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s have been good community members did not raise prices. Shame to this store that Says True Value, but is no value to the community in a national emergency.

WORST MANAGER points at the clock and starts reading policies like a parrot!

My favorite hardware store

This place is trash. When I called, they told me they were open until 6pm. I arrived at 5:50pm and they were closed. They suggested I come back at 5:45pm the next day. The next day, I arrived at 5:40 only to be told they were closed. I asked the man behind the counter for their business hours, and he replied “we’re open until 6pm”. I looked at him and asked “what time is it now?” He replied “I suggest you come back tomorrow at 5:30pm”.
