I was on the hunt for a great light grey for my bedroom and Martin was so amazing. He is obviously a color expert, but I found him super approachable and helpful. I called first and he asked simple easy questions, then when I came in he helped me decide on a great color. The showroom is just that—a non-overwhelming space with paint colors cleanly and clearly displayed. I’ll only ever buy paint here ever again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.

You earn one star for wasting an hour of my life by being closed when you claim to be open. The instructions to knock, and call the number, failed to wake the sleeping bear.

Martin is the most savvy and insightful “colorist” there is because he has invented the role! I needed a blue accent color to play off my proposed blue cabinets, and he told me that the blue I had chosen myself for the cabinets would not show as well another he had in mind for which he paired the perfect accent color. He speaks and advises with not only thoughtful consideration of the client but also a confidence and decisiveness that makes the process easier. True experts know their field well enough to provide clear, definitive answers and Martin is easily such an expert. I have only written 2 or 3 google reviews in my life but this experience was so compelling that I had to write this!

Martin, the owner and the inventor of the most beautiful white color ” Elliyah” is extremely talented and helpful ! He helped me to pick up the paint colors and finishes for our home renovation project. I came in with a color palette I have in mind. He recommended small changes and made a very positive impact in the overall aesthetics and feel. Highly recommend a visit if you have any questions with paint colors. If you need to pick a paint color and need truly expert, elite design advice, COME TO THIS STORE! The owner, Martin Kesselman, is pure genius AND a lifesaver! I came in mid-November, right before closing on our new condo—the developer had painted first coats of paint in the wrong color and had given use a single day to pick the color for the top coat to “fix” it. Martin looked at photos of the renderings, photos of the current state of the condo, and based on the color of our wood, fixtures, lighting and faulty first coat, came up with THE PERFECT shade of paint for us that would make the whole place work. It was miraculous how knowledgeable he is. In fact, here’s what you may not know: Martin is a super high-end color designer for multi-million dollar elegant houses (think Hamptons). He also WORKS WITH BENJAMIN MOORE ITSELF to help them launch their most artisan, high-end paint lines! Yes other stores also “sell” Benjamin Moore, but here you get a truly bespoke, elevated service. Martin knows color. And to find a showroom experience for color is a really refreshing experience. We have been stewing over the perfect neutral for weeks and he narrowed it down to a few very simple choices. Will definitely be back.
