Like always everyone is very nice

I went in here to get something I’ve gotten before and A man I never saw before who seemed to work there just followed me around the store like I was going to steal. This store seems to have prejudice employees.

Was holding the proper item to fix something in my house in my hand, they suggested I buy something else instead (more expensive) and when it didn’t work (surprise) and went back an hour late they refused to return it.

The young man working in the store was very friendly, listened to me and understood what I was looking for, then helped me find the size nuts and bolts that best suited my needs. It was refreshing to enter a hardware store where I wasnt outright ignored for being female!

Habla Espanol. This location has just about every thing that you need or may have forgotten for your project. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are Bilingual, so fear not if your primary language is Spanish.If you are a seasoned Handyman, Plummer, Carpenter or General Construction worker or a do it yourself type of person this is the place for you. Come on in, they will assist you in all of your needs.

If you dont speak Spanish, you need to go during certain hours when an English-speaking employee is there.Even worse: I needed a light bulb and wasnt sure which to get, so bought two. Three weeks later, I brought back the one I didnt need, with the receipt, and tried to exchange it for another that I did need. The female cashier started scolding me that nearly a month had passed (not true) and that store rules are no refunds or exchanges. I pointed out the sign that says customers can exchange for store credit, so she said it doesnt apply to light bulbs. She then told me I can come back when the owner is there and speak with him.I replied with exactly what Im writing here. So much hassle just to exchange a $4 light bulb for another isnt worth it. Id rather go to Home Depot.

Good hardware store for all your needs.Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable .. service was great

They wouldnt return two items I bought one week and a half ago and they said if I was able to return the items they would only give me instore credit. They didnt even told me the return policy or have it on the receipt. The employees are nice just have a problem with the way the owner running his business.

Went to purchase a deadbolt lock for my door, but after opening the packaging it was the wrong lock for my door, went to return it for a exchange and they refuse to exchange it or take it back and give me a store credit, so im now stuck with a 39.00 lock. SO BUYERS BEWARE

Sold me a product that didnt work, wouldnt take it back

Good assortment, but it is better to take effect, because there is a minimum cost to pay with a card
