Great but small selection of cards, gifts and various knick knacks.Good location for handicapped access.Friendly staff and helpful in selecting the right gift or card. They have a members rewards program bit not sure exactly how it works or what the benefits of joining are. Although, the salesperson did ask me if Id like to join.Id definitely recommend stopping by for quality cards. They can be more costly but I think its worth the extra cost to give a special gift or card.
Truly awful customer service! My family was visiting and they were so rude to each of us. When you walk in, they greet you and say if you need anything they can help with. The store was relatively quiet (maybe 4 patrons total). We asked a few questions about products, promotions, etc and the cashier was so rude! The product I was looking for is super popular so it was on me to call each other store and find out if they had it. I began to call and then went to the gentleman who offered to help and he said that the Google numbers are unreliable so I should use the website. Huh?? Surprising that it would be on the customer to do the searching. We also asked for NYC cards and she said theyre sold out. So everything is sold out, its on us to find another place that has them, and we cant use Google to find the correct number?Add in the fact she went to her coworker and was speaking poorly about me, loudly enough that I could hear, while still in the store buying things. Super unprofessional.Do not come here and expect nice service!
Its a little bit pricey but the items they sell are generally of a higher quality. The cards are especially well made, which is what theyre known for, but prepare to pay upwards of $6 for them. The gift items are very gift worthy, so come visit if youre looking for ideas.
Magical place. So many nice things. Not as big as Michals, but has a boutique / finesse feeling that the former lacks. The stuff are very friendly and the prices are not as high as you would expect. Overall great experience. Highly recommend it.
You cant go wrong with Papyrus. Classy styles. Different and unique variety. Well made and for all occasions.
I visited Papyrus gift shop for the first time today. Im glad I did because their line of stationary is pretty. The customer service was great with friendly, helpful staff. I loved the handmade jewelry from artists. I love sparkle. I enjoyed the tester lotion peony and milk. I sampled it on my hands and got complimented for smelling good. That made me smile.
This is a really nicely laid out shop, with many offerings of both paper goods and accessories. The shop staff were helpful, and my friend found exactly what she was looking for. I would definitely come back again, even it just to look around.
Sad to see such a fun company leave this way :(Ill remember you fondly!
Good sales. Leaving mall though. Everything must go.
Sadly, going out of business! Another cool store bites the dust. Goodbye and good luck to the staff!
The customer service is amazing! the people are very friendly and helpful. the products are wonderful and are at a great price. i would definitely recommend people to shop here for any occasion. you will leave feeling like you got what you came for and more!
3rd floor of Time Warner Center. Good selection. Good service
Love Papyrus! Pricey cards but they are great quality and I can always find a fitting message for any occasion. Many great stores surrounding this UWS location on Broadway..
I love this store. Best cards, stationary, wrapping paper, gifts!
Beautiful layout
Lovers of fine writing tools: this is heaven on earth. The staff is quite knowledgeable too.
Nice selection of cards and paper goods.
Worst service Papyrus store I’ve ever been to.Signed up online and was trying to use the member perks (buy 3 get 1 free card) in store. This black male cashier with a Christmas hat kept saying that they couldn’t find my information in their system because I signed up online. Kept questioning me in an unfriendly way. Like “ there’s no way I could see the information if you just signed up online” without suggesting solution.Kept asking me to show him this email and that email. Eventually had to spend 5min to login in front his face (slow WiFi) to convince him I am a member. And let others wait. The whole time he acted like it’s my mistake that the information doesn’t show up real time.Dude I’m sorry you couldn’t earn your commission or bonus or whatever cause I didn’t sign up with you in person. But seriously no one has the time to mess around with you just for a free Xmas card.
Id walked past this shop a number of times but never took the time to enter. I finally took the time to check out what they have to offer and I absolutely love the stationery. Many different items of appeal. Will definitely visit them again.
Great little shop. Popped in on a Sunday and was able to find the perfect bday present and they wrapped. Love it. The customer service was on point. She even helped my GF sneakily buy me my favorite perfume. Which by the way is difficult to find. Totally recommend shopping here. The only reason I gave it 4. & not 5 is because parking can be a challenge. But as far as the shop itself, it was great.
Staff is very rude, not the normal Papyrus style. I asked for a gift pack and they did not want to do it. I wanted to pay cash a 99$ purchase and they did not want accept a piece of a 100 $ just got from a cash machine in the same building. Other Papyrus stores accept them. And there is always a nice and gentle way to say NO.
This has become a weekly pastime. Check out the wonderful life music boxes.its bogo week
Shamelessly priced. Some things are great. Most just normal neatly presented
Very nice store beautiful elaborate cards & gifts!
So many great cards and the Christmas cards are already available! Im waiting for Paperblank to do a 2019 planner.
Excellent source of cards, paper, writing and gifting products and accessories - to give that rare human touch to express ones appreciation.
Excellent place to find stationary and all sort of cute gift items. The staff is always helpful.
If you like crafts, this is the place, great gifts for everyone!!
Wonderful cards. Creative. Lovely words on the cards.
Sad. Closing soon. Empty shelves look like Soviet-era store
Nice store. Staff is a bit dry and tired. No greetings no thanks

The place to go for a personal touch for greetings!
Such a great selection and the staffos friendly and helpful
An excellent choice for very pricey paper products that will fulfill any occasion on-the-Go !! Offering a ppints program for multiple purchases and extras alongside its e-blast advertising online.Nicely set in every area of the city this location in Grand Central really puts any meanderer browsing around, the time to grab something withoit a hitch -- surprisingly well priced. The cards run on many avenues of humourful catchy phrases to the more serious than once-in-a-lifetims occasions that cuts that search in half for the right one on-the-Spot ! !Like running into Mr. Right or Ms. Right unanticipated ... thinking you have a shot ... run off to pickup a bushel of blooms and a card to mark the timings. Amazing how handy this is when thetes a card shop in your neck-of-the-woods.Then, you can make that uneasy first date less blindly --- huh ! !? In any event heres to half the Battle of the Bulge (if youre a guy) --- and, something, more if not. Definitely worth a place to poke around just to see if theres anything worthwhile inside ! Staff associates are always there to make yoir purchases smoothly. And, answering anything else in mind.
GREAT PLACE TO SHOP
Store is very neat just a very tight store...
Very nice store! Lots of card options!
Wow I waited by the wedding invitations for 20 minutes and no one came over to help. The staff all seemed to have an attitude, needless to say I will purchase my invitations elsewhere.
