I Love Paper Source!!! The Lexington Ave location is on 44th and Lexington Ave. It is NOT in Grand Central Station.This Paper Source is slightly smaller than the other stores in Manhattan. They do not have the crafting supplies. You will not find the stamps and ink pads or my favorite heat tool and supplies.The staff at this location is really friendly and helpful. One day I was there and the staff was taking a survey of what your favorite holiday movie is. Really started a great conversation with myself and a few other customers. Fun! Fun is Paper Source.The store has all its fun cards and gifts. Their card and envelope station is slightly small and only carrys a few sizes. I was told the Rockefeller Center location a few blocks away has everything. The store also has a lot of talented gift wrap on staff. $8.00 wrap fee plus the cost of materials. A bit pricey but worth it. I could never create the magic they do gift wrapping. I highly recommend visiting this location or any Paper Source. Simply a fun space to shop. I love their Moto: Do something creative everyday!

I went here to purchase holiday cards and came across a card that had no pricing. I brought it to the cashier’s attention and she said, “why don’t we charge you $5.95.” I protested the fairness of this charge and she accused me of wanting the card for free. Poor customer service. Will definitely not go back there.

Been way too long since I have been here. Always looking immaculate with their stuff, hope to return this weekend if possible.

Went in here for a last minute gift wrapping and the staffer was amazing and wonderful. Unfortunately, I didn’t grab her name but she was around today at 1ish.Wonderful service and beautifully wrapped.

The staff is FANTASTIC! I went in to drop off an Everlane return and not one but three people greeted me, directed me to the counter and processed my return on the spot with step-by-step instructions on my credit. The store is full of really cute Christmas items and hard-to-find stationery items. Happy staff, happy customers. Ill definitely be going back. :)

What a fantastic experience! I walked in with a vague idea of what I wanted in a business card, and Susan helped me create something even more exciting and polished than I could have imagined! She was so super knowledgeable about all the different types of card stock, fonts, designs, and printing details that I ended up with a card more perfect than I could have imagined. She was also very patient, taking lots of time to explain various options, as I was basically clueless. The entire process - from ordering, to receiving and approving the proofs, to delivery - was easy and fast. I received my order in half the time estimated. The entire staff in this store is friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I came here to return an item (they do happy returns) and one associate was really helpful but another associate was giving me a little attitude and made it seem like I was a nuisance. Once she stepped aside and the other associate helped, things got better
