This was a really cool place. I especially enjoyed the shops downstairs. I had lunch at a sandwich shop, I think it was called pot belly something but it was really really good. I recommend it if youre hungry and want a great sandwich.

The stores at NBC Studios are nice to visit and their store has amazing stuff as well.

A must see location when visiting NY City.If you want to experience On Top of The Rock, then I recommend a clear sunny day. This way you can see for miles on the city skyline. The line did not take long actually. The elevator to take you to the observation deck was very small. It has a glass top with lights up the shaft. This may make you dizzy a bit. Just look down at the floor nd you’ll be fine. As I said, the view is amazing IF on a clear day. You can stay up as long as you like and there is no rushing you around with any group ya came up with. There is a rooftop store there as well.CHRISTMAS,You want to definitely visit the traditional Xmas tree in the plaza. And the ice skating rink below. All beautiful and it will put you in the Christmas spirit.

This is the perfect place to shop for your favorite NBC TV program memorabilia and collectibles.Not only do they carry products for current and contemporary shows, they also offer a great deal of products for classic shows as well.If you look carefully around the store you will discover several cool photo opportunities.

I passed by the store and it was closed but I was sure to make it there the following day and I definitely am glad that I was able to get up here and look around. All sorts of clothes and souviner type products from magnets to books to cups and pins. All NBC logo of course. Friends, Seinfeld, Golden Girls, Jimmy Falcon Tonite Show, Today Show, and others. I walked out with a handful of things spending nearly 200$. They are expensive so be prepared to spend money

We took the tour & we loved it. Our pages were entertaining and charming. Plus, we learned a bunch of cool history about the building and the studios. At the end of the tour, you get to participate in a mock talk show that gets recorded. It is really fun.

The official store to get NBC swag is located on the first floor of 30 Rockefeller Center. There isnt much else to say about this store besides it having a ton of stuff from popular shows on NBC. I do appreciate the fact that the store carries a reasonable number of collectible items that are not otherwise available on the online store. Most of the people end up visiting the store while they wait to go to a live taping of their favorite NBC show.

This was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended. The tour lasts about an hour and a half, just perfect. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and profesional. These guys have put together a very interesting tour which it is also a walk through museum. I only wish we could have said hello to Jimmy Fallon.

NBC Studios at Rockefeller Plaza- My husband and I went to see Jimmy Fallon and it was great. Smooth check in, all of their staff are in great spirits and so friendly. Awesome show. Jimmy is hilarious and so nice to the audience, he stopped to chat while they set up for the band. The Roots look bored but they are there 😆. They give you 10% off at the shop. Why wouldnt you buy a Tonight Show mug?

Pretty nice for apparel for shows you wouldnt usually find in shops. Like a law and order svu shirt or something along those lines. Lots of SNL stuff! Also if you happen to be standong around at the right time they may ask you to be part of the rehearsal for a late night show. we got to watch Seth Myers practice his monologue.

The Tonight Show! Need I say more!! Jimmy Fallon!!

I went there on the Christmas Day and thats why it was closed. However, just from the outside it seemed like a place to visit in the city. It had the set of The Office when I visited and all the shopping items looked great for gifts

My boyfriend and I had a fabulous time checking out the Shop and seeing all the gear related to our favorite shows. It was a 5-star experience until I got home and went to put on the new Friends shirt we bought. There was white paint on the back of it, and it was ruined! The Shop was very responsive, and sent me out a new shirt quickly! We will definitely come back for more merchandise from our favorite shows!

My friend and I visited 3 times on our trip because we couldnt get over how good the shop smelled!! Also we got to see the monologue rehearsal and actual show for Seth Meyers, which was very fun. The pages were super friendly and the store had a good selection of NBC merchandise. It was a kind of pricey, but thats just how official merch works 😅. Seriously though, what is that scent???

We attempted to get tickets for Jimmy Fallon when the tickets dropped online but didnt get any but we decided to check out the shop. They have an amazing selection of merchandise. They have a replica of Michael Scotts desk.. I was blown away! Prices on merchandise is very high

If you want a tee shirt, mug or other souvenir of one of your fave NBC shows, this is the place to find it. Prices are high- I bought a tee for $32- but its a souvenir shop and its in NYC. Fun to look around.

I bought an orange Today Show t-shirt in August at the NBC store. This $30.00 shirt was the only souvenir I purchased while staying in New York. I am a loyal watcher of this show. My t-shirt has four small holes in the front. Im terribly disappointed.This store sells a vast array of items. I enjoyed looking at all of the items. I recommend others to stop at this store while in New York City.Im asking if something could be done, however, to replace my shirt. Obviously there was a fabric flaw in the shirt.Thanks for helping me.I LOVE the Today Show!!!

I arrived at NBC Studios as an attendee of the Tonight Show. Arriving early, I had the opportunity to tour the Studio. A decent selection of restaurants, a classic/modern building interior. The show, starring Jimmy Fallon was excellent. It was filled with humour and the pages that accompanied us to the show and back were delightful.

Fun to see all the shows we watched, you can now own a piece for a price.

This shop moved its location at some point recently. It used to have windows that faced the street, but now occupies an entirely interior space. Great for fans of NBC programming who are looking for t-shirts, mugs, magnets, etc. from their favorite shows. The souvenirs are a little on the pricey side--be forewarned.

For years I’ve wanted to go to this shop. I have friends that have come before and bought so many things that you couldn’t find anywhere else and was told the shop was amazing, so when it was finally my turn to go there I was truly excited and had organised a significant part of my budget to spend at that shop... how terribly disappointing was to discover that is small, with 3 or 4 items per show (absolutely nothing for shows like The Good Place). I asked the staff and was told that now they are focusing more in the late nights (well, that’s true since probably 40% of the shop is dedicated to the Jimmy Fallon show) and, for anything else, I should check the website... ok thanks for nothing, NBC shop. Top 10 disappointments in life, honestly.

Store was really hot, uncomfortably hot even with being outside for 30+ minutes in light clothing. Store was selling clothing and items for slightly unreasonable prices in comparison to other studio own shops. Also the merchandise was largely for SNL, Good Morning America, and just the NBC logo. The other products they did have were for Friends and shows no longer on.

I learned from staff in December, 2015 that the NBC Shop at this location is being absorbed into the other NBC shop in 30 Rock. This location only had a few items left in it. The newer location was amazing. There was an area for guests to take pictures with real props from NBC shows. The merchandise was very nice and very expensive. The staff was helpful and nice. It seems that the NBC Shop has invested in scent marketing as there was a very pleasant scent associated with the store.

The selection is a 4 star, but the staff is super helpful and go out of their way to assist in finding what you are looking for.There are items from current shows, but they also have items from great series from the past!

Visiting this store was my favorite part of my trip to New York. Store provides a very positive energy, and everyone was so friendly. The store was crowded, but the lines werent very long, which was nice. So much fun, I will definitely go back!

Here you can get souvenirs of programmes on this channel. Also there is a chair from The Voice and a desk from American Office as photo opportunities. We were. Offered tickets to a TV recording that afternoon (didnt know the programme, didnt go).Shop is in Rockefeller Centre, so other shops etc are nearby.

As a lover of all things NBC, I LOVE the NBC experience store. Where else can I get mugs with the Central Perk logo or an SNL cowbell? The sales people are all very friendly and willing to help, and I always walk out of there happy with my purchases.

No Days of our Lives merch. Sure it may not be NBCs biggest, most popular show, but Days is still on the air. Meanwhile Golden Girls, Friends and Seinfeld merch is plentiful. I would have paid good money for a lifesized Stefano painting poster. Maybe a Team DiMera tee. At the bare minimum a generic DOOL logo magnet.

The Tonight Show Coffee Mug is 24$ in the shop! On their own online shop it is 16,95$...

If you love NBC, this is the place for you. They have shirts for all the well known shows (Parks and Recreation, The Office, White Collar) and while theyre pricey, theyre worth it. They also have lanyards, cups, bobbleheads and wristbands. Name any NBC show, they have it here!

Quite pricey, but if you like the shows, then the merchandise might be worth the bucks.

Purchased a sweatshirt for a Christmas present and it looks nothing like pictured on the website. They do not exchange merchandise. Return only!! I now have to pay $7.25 to return merchandise that was not up to standards and paid $5.50 when I ordered the shirt. Thats already a loss of 12.75 and NO SWEATSHIRT!!! Very disappointed

Tons of fun and I got a standby ticket for Seth Meyers and was also given a free ticket to Seth Meyers monologue rehearsal!

Anything NBC you can think of you can probably find here. The prices arent too high for an official merchandise store, and they even have sales from time to time. If youre coming to pick up tickets to a taping, they are usually given out upstairs, but you can always ask around to make sure.

Lots of nice stuff and way more than I thought would be there, like the tours.

This store has so many great gifts from the shows everyone loves to watch on NBC. Theres also a nice space on the second floor for networking events. Check it out!

NBC is probably one of my top favorite television stations. I have gone the past 3 years to see Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Extremely helpful when is comes to their merchandise. A lot of the merchendise is not cheap.

Tour was awesome...better than I thought..lots of interesting history..we loved it!

Some great customer service followed by some abhorrent customer service. A lovely lady saw me carrying a few items and offered a bundle deal I hadn’t seen, to save me some money and helped me find the package, even took my previous items to reshelve them. Great! She also said if we spend over $100 we get a free hoodie. Exciting! Our spend was coming close. At the checkout, we were served by a rude boy who was wearing a girls name on his badge so I couldn’t get his name. No acknowledgement, no welcome, no smile from him. Felt like I was disturbing him by wanting to pay for my items. I asked what kind of hoodie it was with a $100 spend - he stared at me blankly, asked who told me that information and got extremely defensive and didn’t offer me any additional upsell. He had a bad attitude the entire checkout process, was frustrated that I wanted to clear some change instead of get change back (28c in coins, not hard to count) and I left feeling quite uncomfortable. Being a retail manager myself, and shopping in a totally tourist centre, I was appalled at his attitude. He could take some training from the ladies in that store.
