Very well stocked... Got my first of many leather items. Reasonably priced and the owner was very warm and welcoming.

I love this store! Upon entering the store, the first sense that engages for me is smell. The store smells of a mix of leather and latex, a leather and latex fetishists dream! They have a wide variety of male body and female body clothes, shoes, boots, pleasure devices of all ranges. If you have questions about how something works, just ask. They are very helpful.Of note, during COVID, they have a limit of 4 items to try on per visit, so choose wisely! The reasoning is logical as they then have to quarantine and sanitize those items before they go back on the rack. I still left with four new pieces of Polymorphe latex!I wish I could visit more frequently!

Staff was very helpful, courteous, and had great product knowledge. Even being 5 hours away in upstate New York. We look forward to our next visit.

BEWARE! Shopping while black is a real issue here. I came in for the 1st time during my lunch break and was super excited at the massive amount of fetish wear and corsets in stock. My joy soured when in 10 minutes I was asked 5 times if I needed any help which I replied not yet, Im still looking . Then I noticed the two young sales women becoming my shadow. While I understand shoplifting is a problem I would think that after checking my backpack in behind the counter and having a small crossover pocketbook with a poland spring water bottle would reassure the staff that I could browse freely! I decided to leave before my mood was completely ruined. I dont know if the discrimination is aimed at all people of color but I will say this: TO MY BEAUTIFUL BLACK WOMEN LOOKING TO SPEND THEIR VERY HARD EARNED US CURRENCY AT THIS SHOP, PLEASE RECONSIDER!

Called while on highway heading towards nyc for one specific item was told by very nice sales rep nathan that it was in fact in stock i told him im on my way should be there by 7:56pm from greenwich..called at 7:50 to confirm adress while on 20st a very rude woman blantly stated that we close at 8 i said well miss i am on 20st.i made a u turn and will spend my $500 elsewhere. thank the rudeness this is why people prefer to order from online vendors i do not care to waste money on rudeness. sorry purple passion i am a spender to bad one bad apple spoiled a great long term customer.great first impression.

From the street its hard to tell what kind of selection they have inside, but go in and youll find a ton of fetish clothing, a good array of sizes and they do custom order some sizes if you ask, as well as some very competivitely priced toys and accessories. I wouldnt seek it as a go-to for sex toys specifically, but they have a good assortment of the more unique gear. Check out the website for their classes, I went to one and got 15% my store purchase.

Great item. The biggest choice of latex in NYC and they classes are good!I ve been a regular for goods and always find something hot. They even custom some articles I needed.I went with my best buddy for the bondage class and it was super fun! The cost is 20$ and it s really not too much! First you learn about 4 different styles in the first class for beginners! That means enough for you to have fun for a while and not too much that you ll forgot half of it when you get home. They also give you tricks to mix match the styles and trust me it works sooooo good! Ahah

Great selection, but not really welcome stuff

Ordered on line via a recommendation from the manufacture said it had the item in stock but did not. Thats the bad news. The owner Hilton offered me a full refund or offered to push the manufacturer and get the product as soon as possible. Checked with five other similar shops, no one offered to help. Hilton checked in with me a number of times and emailed Monday he had just received the item and would ship it out to me promptly and I received it just two days later. I circled back with all the other shops on Monday, nobody had it in stock and had no idea when they would have it. Hilton did a great job with follow-up and customer service was outstanding. Next time Im in the city (I live in So Cal) I will plan on spending a few hours to see whatever I can buy to freak out TSA on my flight home...Bravo, job well done!

A manager misgendered me at first by accident and then on purpose. Then engaged in physically intimidating behavior and screamed at me when I called him out on it. Definitely buy elsewhere if you believe trand women deserve basic human rights.
