This little hidden gem is a wonderful place for buying gifts and souvenirs, especially if youre looking for unique items, not typically found in a typical shopping mall! They have everything from toys to books to lotions ( the best!!) to accessories! The best part is that they gift wrap everything for you and theyre great at doing it!! I couldve easily spend hours in the shop and not even realize it!

Best gift shop ever. Fun, stylish and quirky items for your bestie and/or their baby! I get all my birthday/thank you/holiday cards and gifts here. Such a unique selection to choose from. Also, they gift wrap like champs (free of charge)!

Clean and organized. Very welcoming and attentive staff. Everything is easy to find, and if you need help, the staff are quick to answer and make recommendations. High quality wrapping. Really helpful with custom printing.

Papyrus is my go to store for gift cards and gift wrapping. They always have the best assortment, and the cards are often of extreme high quality. This location is smaller compared to others, so they have less of their gift assortments, but for all your card and gift wrapping assortments, this is the place to go. I recommend going to the one in Grand Central Terminal if you want to purchase one of those rotating ornament gifts.

Great selection of over-priced cards. Every time I go in there and purchase a card the front never says hello, or asks how Im doing. They are in their own world chatting.

Ive had fine experiences here stopping in for thank you cards and peoples birthday cards. Cutesy/ quirky beaded things on some of them. Sometimes there are sales on packages of thank you cards to get rid of older stock. Its a Papyrus downtown and close to NYU campus.

Small store, very hard to get around in. The staff is lovely, but the stock of gift items seems old and damaged. I bought a few things for mothers day, everything was scratched up and dirty and dusty like it had been sitting around for a while. Other locations are better, but also crowded. They would benefit from doing a better job of setting up their stores so it isnt so cluttered and hard to maneuver in.

Great range of cards, they also have great discounts on previous occasions giftware.

Small but great layout and efficient staff.

It was on Saturday 1/24 around 7pm, I had a tin of tea to wrap. I always love their cards and little things, I decided to come to here because I thought they would give me a beautiful gift wraping service. However the service was the worst I have ever seen. I cannot believe my eyes! How can they hire an employee who cannot warp!I knew they would charge me for wraping things and service, so I paid $4 for wraping service and $5 for paper. The tin was in round shape. I felt a little bit doubt when she tried to wrap it into a box shape without putting it into a box. However I chose to trust her because I thought Papyrus was professional, I thought a regular round tin would be easy for them.I was wrong... She told me it is good to go... but it looks like a product from a wraping game of a three-year-old child. I said I really cannot give out a gift like this, BUT SHE STARTED TO BLAME ME! She said she told me it was going to be weird looking, she said she told me I should have used tissue paper! She said I can do it myself at home! I dont want to pay for a service which have told me to do at home myself!She said she cannot return, okay... She said she can do it with tissue paper, okay... So I told her to do the tissue way... CHARGED ME AGAIN! okay...BUT! The bag she finished LOOKS LIKE A BUSKET OF WASTE PAPER!!! I cannot believe it is a gift!!!Avoid her at any cost!5 inch height, slim, looks like college student, long dark brown hair.
