For the Game Of Thrones fan in us this a great place to pick some stuff up

Great store. I wanted to buy everything game of thrones themed.

The store is awesome to look around. Set up right now to wow any Game of Thrones fan. But be warned some of the same merchandise is less expensive on their website. A sweatshirt that was $74.99 in the store was less than $50 on their very own website. Maybe the markups pay for the store staff and designers but it just leaves the impression they are cheating the fans who are interested enough to visit the store.

Great choice of tee shirts and sales on DVD

Visited the HBO shop at the ground floor and found a good variety of gift items for HBO hit shows past and present, including Game of Thrones, Sex and the City, and The Sopranos. Prices are really steep but loyal fans probably wont mind.

Kind of tight inside. However lots of merchandise. The GOT display in the window was nice.

Very small. If you like Game of Thrones or Sex and the City, this is your place, but they don’t have merch for any other shows. No food or drink allowed, but security was super apologetic. Only one person can fit in each aisle which made it hard to get around staff.

This place is pretty amazing! Its got the coolest things from Game of Thrones here! I ran into one worker here and he was probably the nicest and best employee ive ever met. He was nice and friendly and as well helpful, he seemed like a huge fan of the series! Love this place! small but its great.

I loved this store, its small, but packed full of great TV show branded products. It covers the HBO and some of the other fringe channel products, such as Banshee and the odd AMC show. Must be a licensing thing.Items can be pricey, but then they have a monopoly on those brands (sex in the city, GOT, Banshee etc). All the products feel quality, and they range from small to large, so you can pick up gifts etc for a reasonable price.Opens at 10am, so dont go early.

This store is definitely NOT open. No where online does it state that its closed but it is permanently closed. HBO needs to update the info.

Love Game of Thrones but this store is claustrophobic. I have to walk with a cane and it was just not happening in this place. Then there are like two different security guards who are starring you down but not helping you open the door? Weird.

It is small - but the shop offers everything you want and need of your favourite HBO Tv shows.The staff is great and so lovely.Definitely my favourite shop on New York City!

Totally in love with this shop. Bought a lot of t-shirts and get compliments from strangers from them. The quality of the t-shirts is quite good too.

Its NYC so space is limited. 90% was game of thrones merchandise. Was hoping they would have more selection.

The cashier that attended was excellent service. But when i asked the the electronics department for a particular dvd. I felt as if there customer service skills were not up to par.

Good selection of merchandise: shirts, mugs etc from all the recent HBO shows. Lot of GoT related merchandise too. Prices are not high at all unless you want some exclusive items. Mugs, shirts etc are cheap. You can also find merchandise related to.sex and the city, curb your enthusiasm and other older shows.

Quite small shop. Youd probably find a bunch of shirts if you like and some gimmicks. Was a bit disappointing as I expected more and different articles. Current focus definitely is on GOT!

HBO headquarters. Good people. Fast service. Security is top notch. Has a good café inside for employees. Theater for private screenings is nice. Easy to get to.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called yesterday to put a bag on hold and while I was on my lunch break I decided to swing by and pick it up. I was greeted by a rude security agent who told me I had to throw out my coffee before entering. I told her I wanted to just pick up my hold and leave and she called over a cashier. Omar only made things worse by telling me I can eaither throw my coffee out or leave. I ended up buying the bag as it was for a gift otherwise I would have left. Please train your staff on how to properly service customers.

Its a really small shop on HBO office building. 80% of the stuff is Game of Thrones but you can also find other HBO merchandise. Most of the products can be found cheaper elsewhere but Its a nice short visit, specially if you are a Game of Thrones fan and visiting the area.

Not a bad store to shop at but be aware that it is very small and a bit expensive. if you like HBO shows expecially GOT then you will have a good time.

I do tend to visit this shop every time I go to New York but I still wish it had more stuff and lower prices. I always walk out empty handed even though I enjoy looking at all the merch from the brilliant HBO shows. I am missing merch from series like Six feet under!

The store is very small and difficult to navigate when mildly populated. Otherwise, its full of fun GOT merchandise and smaller collections of Sex and the City, Westworld, The Wire, and others.

For fans of any show on HBO, this is the place to check out all merchandise, from clothing to trinkets.

Although it is not a big place they do manage to have a good amount of merchandise specially designed for collectors at a reasonable price (right now they have a bunch of game of thrones stuff.) The staff guys are very kind.

A must go for any HBO series FAN. All the merchandise from the most famous shows of the channel. Not a cheap place, but just in front of Byant Park, impossible not to enter if youre there.

Super disappointed HBO. From rude Staff who rather roll their eyes and playing on fb instead of greeting or noticing costumers to really poor choices of merchandise. Adore GoT but the place its just a joke. If your nearby swing around since the entrance is quiet nice but otherwise save your time and order online.

Good if you like tacky tv show souvenirs, shirts and mugs

This review is for their online division. I placed an order. After a week I sent an email asking when they were going to ship it. Two days later I received an email back saying they were forwarding it to the correct department. Four days after that I received notice that my order was being canceled, with no explanation. Absolutely horrible experience.

I love the HBO store, I always have to incorporate a stop here when Im in New York. My entire family is hooked on Game of Thrones, and I love all of the Game of Thrones merchandise!!

The HBO Store is filled with great fun paraphernalia of their tv shows and movies. Game of Thrones is a big seller, and they even have Westworld, The Sopranos, Silicon Valley, Sex and the City, True Blood, and Curb Your Enthusiasm, and even rare to find items for shows like The Comeback with Lisa Kudrow and The Wire, Big Love, and Sesame Street.The store is narrow, so if congestion is something that makes you run away, come at a time when it is less crowded.

The hbo store is located just underneath the offices and carries the merchandise for popular shows such as sex and the city, game of thrones, entourage, curb your enthusiasm and true blood.they have a clearance section.a little more expensive as it is sold by the network but worth a visit! great space located just by bryant park behind the public library.

Cramped store thats more or less a tourist trap. Dominated by Game of Thrones merchandise. No returns which is a ridiculous policy that they dont even post clearly. HBO really does a terrible job with merchandising.

Tiny and claustrophobic, very little merchandise, and overstaffed but not one of them greeted us or asked if we needed help (too busy goofing around with each other). Not impressed.

Waited to.be told they was out of town kets third time it has happen they need better security guards explain the facts very disappointed it was a gift for a friend

HBO shop was, as might be expected, a store with all things network related. Some old stuff but mostly new product.
