Told me they close at 630 and there closed got here at 620 and there closing time online is 7 smh came all the way from Brooklyn and called before I came to assure they were disappointed
If I could leave a zero star I would. Worst customer service ever. Placed over a $600 order. Shipping was 70 bucks and they shipped to a wrong address and I am currently in dispute with paypal trying to get my 743.00 back that Im currently out of because they shipped to a different address and not the one on my Invoice order or my fabrics world account !!!!! Woman who I spoke with had no clue whatsoever how you run a business. Me and my partner have been in business for over 15 years. This is the worst place ever and if you order from them youre making a HUGGEEEEEEEE MISTAKE!!! 👏👏👏👏
THE WORST! I had stopped using them, but decided to try again. Shipped to the wrong address, an address that is no longer on my cards, or paypal account, the correct address is on my invoice as the shipping address. They will not call fedex to reroute . Never again!

The quality of product, service of the staff, speed of delivery, and price are all top notch. The next time Im in New York, I want to shop in person, but until then, the website is excellent. they respond very quickly.Should you need swatches, they happily oblige.

I absolutely love this store!! Down from the awesome workers who give A1 customer service to the products they carry.I am a designer who has a large variety of clients. (Prom, graduation, ready to wear, swimwear, exotic dance wear, and club wear). When I come to this store I have faith that I will find what ever I need for all of my clients, boring or eccentric.I would also recommend this store if you are looking to buy fabric for designing collections. Fabric world USA unlike many stores are able to sell there fabric wholesale. So if you buy a fabric 6 months later when you are ready to manufacture you will have a good chance of buying the fabric in bulk for a good price.
Fabric arrived and doesnt look quite like the photo, have not received a response back yet after sending 3 messages. Fabric is for prom dress which now I have to inform my client we have to change at the very last minute. Very disappointing first-time experience!---I will edit my review since you would ignore my emails but respond here simply because it is a public platform. My review can only help you improve your customer service so if you change your perspective, you could gain something here. I sent 3+ emails and not one response. Anyhow, when I purchased the fabric, there was no description that the mesh was pink but nevermind that. You were very rude on the phone and even hung up on me when I gave you my Order #, before I even explained the scenario to you. Then when I called back the 1st thing you mentioned was this review and that I would not get a refund unless I took the review down. Then no response when I also sent an email showing the holes in the material. Overall bad customer service even if I was wrong, becasue I am not a rude person so I did not deserve rude service and to be ignored. You could have replied to my email. Thank you but Never again will I purchase here. Have a nice day.
What an experience! I felt as if I was in fabric heaven so many selections to choose from. I could get lost in this shop. I learned that they have a fabric swatch program to keep buyers up to date with current fabric options.

TERRIBLE SERVICE...STAY AWAY...I ordered a quantity of fabric samples on January 9th and by the 16th when I hadnt received it..I called. Only then was I told that when you order samples, delivery is always slow. But the man said he would get it out in the mail that day. It is now the 28th and no samples. I just called and the man took my order number and just hung up on me!!! After explaining my dilemma..he actually just hung up on me. We also sent an email last Saturday and no one has responded to it...so we have paid for merchandise we never received and are being treated like garbage. I will NEVER deal with these people again ...my advice look at Mood Fabrics in L.A. where at least they dont STEAL from you and treat you like GARBAGE.
I really, Really Want to like this store & had intended on placing a Very Large Order of Stretch Velvet @ 2 yds each. So, I ordered 45 samples (several shades of each color) to see the true colors in person. I received 42 of them, due to some being out of stock, which is no problem. BUT, when I received my samples, they were numbered 1-42 - instead of the item #s to correspond with those on their website, therefore, there is no way I could tell which color # they actually were..!! Ive written to them via their website form 5 or 6 times & have called twice, but, have never, ever received a response.
WORSE BUSINESS TO WORK WITH. Not only they couldnt get it right the THIRD time they couldnt get it right the FOURTH time. Like gahdamn. I dont live close to the area so I do most of my transaction online. I typically order samples first just to make sure I know what shade they look like in person. Once I place my order and receive it, its either a whole different shade of fabric or replaced with another type/texture of fabric. Dont get me wrong, I dont point fingers after the first mistake because clearly I have waited until the 4th mistake. But they just cant seem to get it right. Even when I order sample fabrics, theres also some random fabric on there that I didnt even order. And whenever I call. Theyre also so confused. My orders online? They never seem to remember to add the tracking number on them. Completely unprofessional. They need to be BOUGHT OUT and ran by somebody that knows what theyre doing. I run my own business too and with their short comings, is affecting my time and money. I order at least 1 and a half in advance too. I have been ordering fabrics from this place for 6 months and never again.

They dont deserve even 1 star for the experience I had. Super disappointed, and not understanding of why theyre still in business with the kind of service they provide. I ordered 7 samples, and only received 2 of the correct ones. I thought Id give them another chance because Ive heard theyre really good with their actual orders. So I made an order for 3 different kinds of fabrics for a school project and only got 2 of them in the mail. I called and they said that they are out of stock of that fabric they didnt send, and that they wont refund me for it. Great. They didnt even call or email to inform me that this happened before they shipped it. They now unrightfully have my money and I dont get the order I was promised. I would never recommend this website to anybody.
For the past two years I have made many purchases through Fabrics World USA and although they have quality fabrics for great prices it is not worth putting up with the terrible customer service. They were given many chances on my end but it got to the point where it was not worth dealing with anymore and I even had to discontinue some items from my shop (despite the time/resources spent designing and photographing merchandise) just to avoid having to order through them. I was often sent fabrics cut under the amount I had ordered, items have been omitted from my orders without notice or refund, swatches I sent to be on file were lost, and this is all considering I made sizable purchases monthly and was a frequent customer... When there was an issue with my order I would have to call back several times to have it fixed and I feel if I did not, my orders or refunds would not have been sent. Customer service was generally rude and always unapologetic when they made a mistake. If you make small and infrequent fabric purchases you may be okay shopping with Fabrics World USA, if you are a seller and are looking for a reliable fabric store to do consistent business with I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I buy fabrics from them all the time! Fabrics quality and prices are awesome and they have an incredibly wide range of spandex fabrics. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL.
I was really excited to find some spandex prints I had been searching for on Fabric World. Unfortunately, 4 days after placing my order, I received a call that they are out of the fabric that I ordered. They said I could pick a different fabric to replace it, but they are out of stock of my other choices too. All of these fabrics that they are sold out of, and do not intend on reprinting, are available for purchase on their website. They did seem to feel that they had made any mistakes on their end, or that selling fabrics they dont actually have is an issue. I am a small business owner who needed that fabric to fill my orders. A week after ordering when I was anticipating the shipment to arrive, I am no closer to getting the fabric I actually need and am expected to pick out something I dont want in place of a refund.
I came in and was greeted with a smile. Their custom ITYs give me a whole new realm of creativity. I would definitely recommend this company to everybody who is creative with their clothing designs.

I have always found this business friendly and easy to work with. Seyda especially has always gone out of her way to extremely helpful with my fabric needs. After 2 months I finally get a refund because I never received my sample order only because I had to open a claim with PayPal. They never answered any of my emails. After settling the dispute with PayPal in my favor, I receive an email from FabricsWorldUsa that my order is being processed. Oh how convenient you are now processing my order after 2 months. These people dont know how to run a business.
The worst customer service ever. Called everyday to get them to ship me the correct color, kept saying someone will call back and no one ever did. Still have not given me a refund for shipping that I paid to send the wrong color fabric they sent me. They sent me the wrong color twice now. Never experienced this much stress with any other company, never buying from this company again!
Possibly my worst experience dealing with buying something. Worst customer service. I had ordered some samples before and i called to request the names of the fabric so i could buy more but in a different color since their online site was confusing to navigate. I called around 6:30. A lady picked up and she went to look up my ref#. On the phone all i heard was page flipping, i thought she was looking it up. But just before it hit 7 she hung up. Now im thinking she was reading a magazine and waiting for the day to end. A person could have said we are closing up early today or something and i would of understood, but leaving me on the phone for 30 minutes? I even emailed them about purchasing some fabrics which was two months ago and still no reply. The store works well in NY.TL;DR If you want to buy, then go to their store physically. They were good about the samples online. Hated it because i have no fabrics to work on because of horrible customer service. Should drop the USA from their name and put NY instead.

So disappointed. I ordered turquoise milliskin matte...and I got blue! It doesnt have even a hint of green in it. I wont have time to order more, so I guess Im stuck with this.

Ive been with Fabrics World USA for 3 years now. I switched from Mood because they are so overpriced and terrible customer service but Fabrics World has beyond the best prices. They also always ship directly to wherever I am since I need to travel A LOT. So reliable. Highly recommend guys!
I paid with PayPal from website, never got an order confirmation. Called a week after the order the man put me on hold for like five minutes and wouldn’t respond to me eventually hung up from the silence and being ignored. I emailed the customer service never got a response. After I escalated the transaction to PayPal to be refunded they call my phone like 20 mins later 13 days had passed. Only to tell me they didn’t have two pieces that I ordered and I had 30 mins to pick out different fabric. So I picked out different fabric. It arrives the next -day and I open it up the edges on the fabric are cut so poorly one piece has about a 6 inch triangle at the corner. Every two inches different gashes uneven mess. Out of 23 yards if I had known the quality of these I would have only purchased about 8 of them.Of shopping for fabric online this was far my worst experience. Solid Stone Fabrics has a smaller collection but you will be 100% satisfied and you won’t have to pay 40 dollars in shipping to get your packages rushed in a GMC box.My first time ever leaving a bad review

HORRIBLE customer service. Wrong colored fabrics sent many times, omitted items from orders, then refuse to correct the matter. Broken email address doesnt work. When you call they are rude, you cant understand the broken English they speak, and the act like you are lying about the mistakes in your order.
Terrible online service. No response to any of the emails I sent. Very sloppy checkout process. After two weeks of waiting with no shipping information I had to open a PayPal claim to get my order fulfilled. Dont buy anything from them online!
