They were very helpful. I did not get what I was looking for but they suggested another store.

Update: I’ll give 3 stars for the attempt to rectify the situation, however if an item is out of stock don’t send what you want. I needed a specific color.My first and last time ordering from them. First my fabric was cut in half(Red/Black Baroque). Second, they sent the wrong color in another order (should have been pink/black not ivory). Whoever packaged my order was very careless and I didn’t get any of what I paid for. Very disappointing and I need this corrected.

I really wanted to love this place. I made my first order with Diana fabrics. One of my items did not come. I contacted them via email and was told that they will send it out separately, it has now been 8 days I have emailed and have not gotten a response, I have no tracking info, and no information on timing. I have customers that are depending on me for a special day, I now have to explain the delay which is unprofessional.

I’m NEVER EVER ordering from here again. I ordered some fabric from here and my first package come successfully! I ordered for the second time and never received my package. I called to figure out why. I spoke with Jessica! She told me she sent the package to my billing address and not the address that I clearly listed as my shipping address. Instead of her owning up to the error she made up this story about them not shipping packages to a different addresses other than a billing address because of fraud. This is not a policy listed on their sign and it allows you to put a shipping and billing address. I’ve never heard of this with any e-commerce business! I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that a manager won’t be present until the next day. I called at least 6 times the next day and every time they said a manager wasn’t there. I called the finial time and Jessica answered she said that the manager just got in and she would have her call me back. I told her I would hold for the manager! Jessica came back to the phone and acted like the manager. I told her I wasn’t stupid and I need to speak with a manager. She begain to argue with me and I told her that I would leave them a google review if I didn’t speak with a manager. She said that I was threatening them and that they would call the police! For me to leave a view is my right to do as a customer! This is the WORST service I’ve ever received! She could have just apologized for sending my package to the wrong place and resent it to the shipping address I placed on my order!-IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE! They do not have any policy on their website saying they only ship to billing address. Their site even lets you enter a separate shipping address from a billing address! Once I placed my order I never got an email or a phone call to notify me of this policy before they shipped it to a different address than I requested. I called multiple times and they were unwilling to address their error or allow me to speak to a manager. Jessica lied and made this policy up after she realized that she sent my package to the wrong address! Also, she uploaded my tracking number to their Instagram account! That is a big No No and has put me in danger because my address is attached to the tracking number! I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER ASAP

The customer service is awesome. I sent an email through the contact form on the website. I didn’t think I would get a response. In less than 24 hours, Jessica the customer service representative, emailed me back and assisted me. I’ve ordered the stretch velvet. The quality was amazing. I will be ordering again.

Wow I was not thinking it was going to look so amazing,the way I did in Atlantic city with my friends on Halloween everybody love how I look and some people came up to me for photos,I went to diana to do a cosplay character on a movie that I love, I gave them videos and pictures of what I want,so when i got it was hoping that i would see at over 90% accuracy,the blue gown is over 90% accurate but the red robe was not more like 87% because the arms part of the red robe was on the inside then on the outside,at 1st i did not like that because it did not how it look like in the movie so I did overreacted about it,so I left with it not happy because it was my 1st time I want to make it right,but when I was fully transformed at Atlantic city the feeling was like night and day camepare when I put it on at the store for some reason,what was good about having the arms inside is that I can go to a restaurant and eat my dinner with my friends with out taking off the red robe,I was not thinking about it at the time,so a part of me felt bad about what I did,I would like to call diana and tell her that I am sorry and i want to apologize to her and I want to be in good terms with her,I think what happened to me at the moment that I was under alot of pressure and at the same time I over analyze everything compare to the pictures and videos and it was my very 1st time on top of that! I hope I get a reply from diana soon! And ones again I am sorry!

My friend and I drove 2 hours to NY to find some fabric. A lot of fabric stores are not open on Sunday, so I was glad this one was open. I don’t know what the name of the friendly gentleman helping us was, but he was very patient and resourceful. Definitely will come again and recommend this place to others.

Diana Fabrics is the absolute best! My grandfather was a coat manufacturer that made the most beautiful coats for Saks, Lord and Taylor and the other top dept. stores. Till today I wear his coats however because they are so old, they were starting to fall apart. Diana restored all of my coats and made them look like new. For that I can’t thank her and her team enough. I highly recommend Diana Fabrics!

I have bought fabrics from them many times over the last few years and they insist it is 100% wool or 100% silk but mostly it is blended with manmade fibers.So they misinform their clients.Recently I bought around 18 yards of what they insisted was 100% printed silk as I was not convinced I told them I would bring it back if I had any problems. when I washed a swatch of the fabric not only did it not feel like 100% silk the print bled color and looked like it was old and faded.I brought it back to change it and they refused to exchange it for something that I could use.I will bever go back.

Prices are expensive here. Also the service was quite slow and I was ignored majority of the time I was in the store. Wont be coming here again.
