I purchased a Spirit XT285 Treadmill and absolutely love it. David was incredibly helpful in helping me find a great treadmill in my price range. David was great he knows equipment and he knows his prices. I was able to try out as many different bikes as i needed to freely. There was also water on hand if I was thirsty. It was all around a good experience.

I was given their number to call after I could not find the Elliptical that I wanted. I spoke to Jim and he said he had it in stock and it would take four weeks for delivery to Philadelphia. Jim then surprised me with a call a few days later to say they would be in my area the following Monday. I was thrilled. The delivery happened just like he said it would and the installer Walter was fabulous. It was installed within 15 minutes and I good to go. They are professional and I would highly recommend them.

West 26th street location. Salesperson lied about bike being assembled before delivery. It took him 15 days to get a COI. All in all an unpleasant experience. Buy elsewhere. You can get better service. 3 men arrived to assemble the bike during a pandemic.

I purchased a high end residential bike from Fitness Showrooms. The bike they sent was a lemon and didnt work, they refused to refund. I waited 4 months for service, even the service person said it was not fixable but they still blamed me as if I was being high maintenance to pay for a bike that actually worked. At the end of the 4 months they said the manufacturer is aware of flaws in the bike and they cant guarantee a new one will work right so they agreed to refund. So I waited 4 months in the cold weather not being able to exercise because of their incompetence and then still didnt have a bike. Support another showroom if you are going to purchase exercise equipment.

Realized I needed to be active during the pandemic so the first thing I did was look around. Being a 5’2 woman there was no way in hell I was going to buy a treadmill without assembly. David saved me money not only on treadmill but also assembly. Not only did they come promptly they came a day early! As a former sales person I am quick to realize when someone is a bad sales person- David is a great salesperson in that he cares more about the purchase being a good fit than he does making the sale- he was prompt, quick to the pint, straight forward and honest that I didn’t need anything more than the basics. We needed a lot of fitness equipment in a hurry. This was not easy to find during Covid. David was so helpful and had everything delivered and set up within two weeks. He went out of his way to find us everything my boys wanted for the new gym. We had shopped around and found the pricing to be very competitive as well. My old elliptical decided to give up the ghost during the Pandemic and I was really concerned I would not be able to buy a new one and have it delivered and assembled during the current crisis. Henry and Fitness Showrooms came through - they responded to my email right away with a call and quickly walked me through options given my needs. They arranged delivery, assembly and removal of my old machine. Henry was very helpful and responsive and the crew that delivered the machine were considerate, competent, wore masks/gloves and kept socially distant. I am already enjoying my new elliptical - I was concerned as I couldnt see it in person, but Henry helped me select a great machine. Highly recommend!

I decided to get a treadmill and after doing research, I decided on a Life Fitness F3. After speaking to the company directly, they directed me to Fitness Showrooms in NYC. I called and spoke to David and he informed me that he would be able to help me with my order. When I came in (I was initially going to order directly through the phone because I already knew which model I wanted but decided to go into the showroom to see it since my apartment has space issues and every inch counts), David showed me around and helped me navigate the treadmill. The showroom had all kinds of equipment that you can go in and try including personal gyms, treadmills, elliptical and even hard to get equipment. David helped me with the price and set up the delivery for me. I wanted delivery and installation to be included because I did not have to worry about carrying anything heavy or installing a treadmill (people online complain that it take hours to put together a treadmill on their own).The delivery was arranged within one week of my order (some of the online web places wanted me to wait a few weeks for delivery). The treadmill was delivered and carried up the stairs for me. The delivery team came with three people that installed my treadmill in ten minutes. They took away all the trash and tried all the treadmill on all the setting. They even took the time to go over anything that I wanted to learn.My experience has be amazing. I would definitely recommend Fitness Showrooms NYC to anyone.FYI: Fitness Showrooms does all the warranty work for Life Fitness equipment so if you are going to get any Life Fitness equipment, I would definitely go there because they are probably be the ones fixing your equipment if there is any warranty work that needs to be done.

It is always a good thing to say a kind word about a first time meeting with a salesman and the experience i encountered. I have never been into a Fitness showroom nor have i ever heard of this company before.I needed an exercise bike and called them to make an appointment just to browse.I Meet David Briggs and I knew right away, I was with a knowledgeable professional salesman. He was extremely respectful to my needs and guided me into the right product. He actually sold me much more then i wanted, but i felt great about and was not pressured.In addition to the the bike he sold me a treadmill and a Body-craft universal and all the accessories that goes with it.In addition David sent me a rendering art work how my new equipment will look in my home. I recently purchased a Life Fitness F3 foldable treadmill, it was to replace the older version we owned. We had it for about ten years and it was great but needed an upgrade. David was wonderful to work with, the phone was answered on the first ring - no annoying automated system. David followed up the next day when I said I needed to review the measurements because the new version is slightly wider. David made the order process so smooth and easy. I had the new treadmill within a week! The delivery guys took apart the old one and built the new one very fast, tested it and confirmed it works perfectly. I could not have been any more delighted with the experience!
