JB Embroidery was extremely professional and courteous during the entire process. We had a huge issue where a vendor had canceled on us and so we had to scramble to find another vendor and have them ship the duffel bags to JB. As soon as the bags got delivered to JB they turned around the embroidery in one day for 60 units! This was an incredible feat and really helped my company and I out given we needed these bags to be completed on a certain day for an event. Not to mention their work is the highest quality and truthfully you will not find a better Embroidery service than JB. Went to the location of this business today. There is no sign of business at this location although they say on voicemail that they are open 24 hours. I tried emailing and they got defensive asking for money first without even meeting anyone or going to an actual business. Please be ware this is a terrible scam do not do business with this non existent company.

JB came through for me with FLYING COLORS on quality of work, efficiency and overall excellence in customer service and communication. even after my supplier messed up on delivery which left JB only ONE day to finish my job, they finished the job ahead of schedule. they could have so easily gouged me for additional fees or turned down the job as my shipment of goods didnt arrive as expected, but they didnt. i have been in the events business embossing, printing, embroidering high quality items for high profile clients for fifteen years and JB is top notch. i found them through yelp so was a bit apprehensive as most of the communication was over email and i usually like talking to a live person to gain a comfort factor - however, they waste no time, they are efficient and to the point and get the job done BEAUTIFULLY. they even had a courier deliver the items to me AND when i tried to tip him for really helping me out of what could have been a terrible situation for me, he said this is our business and this is what we do. i wish JB was on the west coast where most of my events take place. however, SO GREAT to find a company for my NYC / NJ needs.AGAIN, THANK YOU JB! companies and service like yours rarely exist anymore. I needed patch embroidery for some jackets.The team was very responsive from the outset. We arranged pickup for the items and they had them picked up the next day. They were able to turn the order around in 2 days. The quality/accuracy of the stitching wasnt very accurate for about 8 of the jackets. I let them know, they picked up the 8 jackets in question, resewed them overnight and redelivered. Would definitely order again!

I emailed them my last minute request and not only were they able to fulfill it (a day early, I might add!) but they were super patient with my back & forth requesting different variations of mockups. JB saved the day. On a Sunday afternoon, I gave him a call because it said he was open 24 hrs per day, unlike any other printing service I have ever heard of, and he drove all the way to Brooklyn to pick up my t-shirts.I was on a deadline and some how he got them done in less than 24 hours. My shirts werent easy because they were 100% polyester and he managed a fantastic job on all of them. The color is great and quality is perfect.Great at printing, customer service, one of the nicest guys, and gets the job done, I will get everything printed with JB as long as I live in NYC.

Another update: Someone from this company left a review on my companies Google page under InTrailsWeTrust with a completely false statement (it was actually a copy and paste of my original review below with some words changed) and put my full name and a coworkers full name. If you go to the other reviews this fake account has posted, you will see they also put fake 5 star reviews on all of their DBA screen printing companies. Makes you wonder how many other fake reviews exist for this company & how unhinged the person managing these accounts is.Update: If you cant tell by the response from the owner, my review is 100% accurate. To clear some things up, we never complained about the first batch because we didnt want the second to get messed up from retaliation. We actually didnt even want the first batch completed as they were the wrong product to be customized but JB Screen wouldnt even let us talk about the correct product to be screen printed or provide a mockup unless they had it in their hands at that moment. We also never even knew who we were talking to because they would never provide their contact info or even the name to whom we were talking to. Also, not quite sure what youre trying to imply by indicating you were a female. We never got a name, heard a voice or saw the person we were in contact with so not sure how this could be personal..... you provide poor service, you might as well own it.By far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had working with a vendor. They are some of the rudest people Ive ever talked to, never knew whom I was talking to and they refused to ever get on the phone with me. Our non-profit needed an embroidered hat order in a rush and were so lucky we found these guys. Justin sourced exactly what we wanted from a mock-up picture we had made, kept us informed every step of the way, simply would not rest until it was 100% perfect, and got it to us with days to spare, all at a reasonable price. He made this so easy. From other shopping experiences elsewhere I often wonder if weve forgotten about quality and customer service in this country these days, but it is so very alive and well with Justins operation. This was my first order that I placed with Justin and it was quite a large order. 105 shirts and 35 hoodies were printed. 30 jackets and 35 snapbacks were embroidered. We landed on this company by way of a last minute project, and after several attempts at reaching out to local printers in the area we sent jb an e-mail... they called back about 20 minutes later (on a saturday) and explained that they were doing onsite production and would be back in the office within the hour. At this point our group had given up hope. We received an e-mail from jb shortly after and they told us to meet them at the Rivington Street address which is not a storefront in fact but rather the coolest store / boutique / home office Ive ever encountered!! The walls are lined with practical Embroidery samples, Pantone color books and all you would come to expect and more from a printer. After living in the city for 12 years, Ive never encountered such a high level of professionalism. In closing, our shirts were ready in time for our event at 7am this morning, after only placing our order at 3am ^_^Will use jb again they are Awesome Sauce!!
