Dropped off about 20 of my medical scrub tops… Came back a week later all perfect… Not to mention some one-man shop and I love supporting a small business that does an amazing job

First time around was all good! Following time after several of my merchandise was done wrong, logo on backwards on sweatshirts, and stitching wrong on hats. Doesnt bother to contact you if he is unsure of something, just goes and does it anyway. Its a one man shop and not a big shop, stuff all over the place. There are better places to go to.

This is a one man shop, so I hate to leave a negative review, but my order was not done within a reasonable time, I sat at the shop for 1+ hours waiting for it to be done a week later, no effort was made to contact me about the delay (he says he called the wrong number although I confirmed the number written down on his intake form is correct), and my email asking about whether or not it would be ready went unchecked. To get a small, short bible verse embroidered on a baby blanket was $55. I’ve had many similar blankets made and never been charged over $30. He said he tells all of his customers that there’s an additional set-up fee for single items, but this was also never communicated. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Had to have embroidery done on a travel bag in two days for a super late Christmas present. Stix helped me out and was extremely professional and helpful. My buddy absolutely loved the job he did! Will absolutely use this place again when I need work done.

I have a small handyman business and construction business, we have been working with STIX for years now, as with Everyone that is good at what they do, he will tell you exactly what he can and cannot accomplish, we try to space out our orders because he is always busy and getting stuff done right does take it time, I have never had a problem with none of the order he get it done for us, we have been printing hundreds of uniform shirts, hats, polo shirt, custom made jackets and promotional merchandise, we are located in PA now but we still get our stuff shipped from NYC just so we are sure that all our gear is made by the BEST.

Had some boat covers embroidered for a gift for a friend and they did a great job with a tight deadline!

Stix works wonders! Seemed too quiet and kind of cold/rude when I first contacted him to embroider 2 hoodies and a windbreaker, but was super nice in person. Told me everything could be done within 5-8 business days, but he actually had it all done over the weekend, and even went as far as calling on Monday morning to let me know I could pick up my order.I went to him because his prices were lower than other places, but for the work he does he should be charging more than anyone else! Will definitely come back to him with more business
