Love my Bluetooth Wireless sound-sticks!! They are amazing with the crisp sound and strong bass. The store is huge and the location is great! The staff was so amazing with sales and customer service in answering all my questions before my purchase. I was looking into a great surround system for my living room that was Bluetooth and they showed me a few others but I ended up with these because of sound quality and style! Overall I’m super happy with my purchase and will be returning in the future for other products. Thanks again for your services and quality product!!

Soooo happy. The guy was very professional. Took his time ans explain me all the question I had. The speakers are really amazing. I took the onyx studio 5. Proved with holiday from scorpions. The sound was sooo good that other custom took one extra for him.
THE JBL HEADSET MATERIAL STARTS DISINTEGRATING IN A FEW MONTHS (STILL WITHIN THE WARRANTY) BUT ASSISTANCE DOESNT CARE FOR THATI bought an ENDURANCE headset from JBL (water resistant and specific for exercises), and in a short time the rubber covering of the wire began to DISINTEGRATE, leaving the wire exposed (photos attached).The phone was sent for warranty, but JBL reported:The technical analysis concludes that the cable was damaged by misuse, which makes the Factory Warranty uncharacteristic.The headset was well taken care of, being kept in a protective case and was in contact with water on only 2 occasions, becaus of light rain (though, according to the announced I could use in much more exposure to water) and was used very few times in exercises (its most common use was inside the office). And yet the material of the headset wire is disintegrating, tearing and with the wires exposed, even ending the announced resistance.It is absurd as a headset designed to withstand training (and also water-resistant) can have a coating that falls apart in a few months, as the user uses the headset almost only indoors (and even storing it in an appropriate case), unless the material itself is of very poor quality, and the brand gives no concern about the fact.

I had a terrific experience here. I came in to look at their high-end audio section downstairs and while it looks like a great selection and a really nice home theater listening room, they didnt carry quite what I needed. Rather than try to sell me into a device that was poor fit, the salesman, Gabe, spent the time listening to my needs and budget, then recommended some niche stores that might have what I need. This is the kind of customer experience every store should strive for and you can bet the next time Im looking for an audio component, Im going to start here.

Terrible!! My fiance brought the Soho wireless headphones as a birthday gift. literally, several months later the left speaker died. I contacted the Fifth avenue location and reported my problem and although the customer service was wonderful and received another pair without any hesitation/problems. Sadly, six month later the same issue has occurred again. For $250 these headphones are very problematic. I thought Harmon was a good brand considering their prices. Needless, to say I wont be purchasing anything else from them and selling the speaker because the battery life is also terrible.

What terrible customer service. From the people outside shoving a pamphlet in my face and making fun of me for not taking it, to the guy inside telling me to go in the corner until I put my phone down the second I walk in the door. Ive been wanting to go to the store for a while and immediately walked out. I will never be coming back.

The sales staff is well trained and provide top level customer service. The store is also huge, with a top floor for more lifestyle products, and a basement level with the hi-fi speakers. Since Harman owns so many brands, its nice to compare them all in one place.Highly recommended.

Entering this store by itself is a cool experience. The sliding doors are cool by themselves. After that, the staff greeted me with pleasure. They assited me in my purchase of a JBL speaker. I visited in December, so I had a 20% discount which made my speaker below retail value online. There is a large selection of tech items and even a sound box for better testing. Highly recommended.
READ AND LEARN. I BOUGHT A PAIR OF JBL HEADPHONES LAST YEAR. SHORTED WIRE ON THE LEFT SIDE. I CALLED JBL...THE TOLD ME ITS CHEAPER TO BUY A NEW PAIR AND THEYLL GIVE ME 15% OFF THE NEW PAIR. THATS THE LEVEL OF THEIR SUPORT. THEN I TOOK MY HEADPHONES TO A REPUTABLE REPAIR SPOT WHERE THEY TELL ME JBL REFUSES TO GIVE THEM OR SELL THEM THE NECESSARY PART FOR REPAIR. ILL NEVER BUY ANY JBL PRODUCT AGAIN...AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER.
We came as we had an issue with new JBL head phones cords. Aja was incredible. So helpful, knowledgeable and incredible customer service. Solved all our issues instantly. Brilliant.

Came here to get a small speaker for my phone and thought the speaker was overpriced. They sell speakers, headphones and etc. Furthermore, the staffs were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere feels comfortable, overall pretty good store.

Giselle was my friendly guide through the world of high-end audio...the kind you might have dreamed of owning...like Revel Ultima Salon2 speakers and Mark Levinson amps. I was even encouraged to stream my Bluetooth collections and had lots of fun. I ended up with a more modest but quite functional set of great sounding JBL headphones. Waterproof, built for workouts, with Bluetooth, they had excellent imaging, bass and detail, especially for only $200, and received a pair of field level Yankee tix for the Aug. 13 night game vs. Baltimore - free!

I was looking for a new pair of headphones and walked in that store for the first time by pure coincidence ..while I was in the neighborhood actually looking for the Sony store. Nothing but high-end product, top quality customer service which is definitely a plus when you intend spending a few $ on a pair of headphones...will definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality merchandise or advice.

Had a great experience, Aja let me and my wife experience the listening room downstairs. Coincidentally, I picked the Steely Dan album Aja to listen to before we learned her name. It was cool listening to a system I will likely never be able to afford. Those Revel speakers and Mark Levinson amps sounded amazing. Aja answered all my questions, we had a great time listening to music. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Not many people left who know the history of Harman/Kardon or know about my old cheap vintage gear.

Eye and ear candy! Since the store is new, its all in touch screens and LED lights. Pretty futuristic look. You can test variety of models from all Harman brands (JBL, AKG, Harman/Kardon, etc). I gave few headphones a tryout and experience is great. You can choose different songs, read the specs and compare with other models on pretty big touch screen. More diverse playlist would be great though. Few indie, blues, pop and rock songs are not quite enough to build an opinion. However, very pleasant and absolutely non intrusive staff is more then happy to hookup your player/cellphone to desired headphones. I was expecting to see only consumer audio products from Harman associated brands, but this store doesnt stop there. Youll find some of their professional audio products exhibited as well. Sound engineers, you can play around with Studer digital board! Downstairs there is home theater section and listening rooms. Again, just gave some headphones a listen, Mark Levinson to be more precise. That experience was even better then upstairs, mostly because of more diverse playlist. There are many mostly high end JBL speakers ready to be listened and two show rooms as I could count and again, you can listen to your content or the stuff they have ready. Definitely must visit if youre into good sound.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Rather frustration preprogrammed - at least in the German online shop!As fast as I was, I recently used a discount code on Harmanaudio to buy the JBL Xtreme. There was a 40% discount and these were also deducted correctly from the price in the cart. However, it failed in the paypal payment and was canceled. I did not think anything and called the customer service. I cancel the order and the code will work again, it said after three calls to the service hotline. However, the shopping cart told me after the fiftieth time I entered the code that the code was invalid. The sixth time I called another gentleman from another department, hoping he would be more competent. He asked me to send an e-mail to the customer service and if she had not arrived by noon the next day, I should call the customer service again. As I thought it, nothing has arrived. I called the customer service again and it greeted me again the same woman the day before with the hard to understand, Asian accent and spelled me as a consolation prize a 20% discount code, which, how should it be, did not work. She promised me nearly a day ago that she would send it to me by e-mail. Well. As a reader, you may already be wondering if the email will ever arrive.In summary, I can only say that you should avoid the German online shop. Dive no problems, it should run smoothly, if it comes to problems is absolutely not helped, or it will be turned on a laughable coupons that do not work. It fails more because of the competence and the comprehensibility of the service hotline. So much for outsourcing.
