Called to redeem my ticket on the Monday before pickup. Was told I can retrieve my item by 10am on the second business day.I arrive at 12pm on the Thursday after I called to retrieve my pawn only to be told to come back before they close.When I told the manager this was not possible, he told me he didn’t care and to get out of his store. I said I will wait for my item.Nobody came in or left the store while I waited. After 20 minutes the manager said he has my item.Gee all of a sudden it was available?.Before turning over my $$$ I requested he test the diamonds in my presence. Happily everything was ok.Be wary of shady actions by the store manager.

Came to sell an electronic at 9am. I`m usually there after 10am and the staff near electronics are usually so nice and helpful. Instead I got a staff member by the Name of Aaron. What I was trying to sell was on sale for $200 right in the display glass. He told me he cant do anything higher than $30. He then said he would do $35 in exchange for a 5 star review mentioning his customer service..
