Service which you just don’t find. Enthusiastic and well versed with all aspects of the product line.It is rare you see a team on this level- at this point of post consumer identity reality.I have nothing to complain about on any level with the service offered. In fact it was some of the best I have had on a consumer interaction level in some time.Great product. Great staff.
Don’t go store closed not there anymore
I would not spend any money with Bose. Spend obscene amount for sub-standard product that waits to go awry as soon as your warranty is over. Might as well buy something less known product that will faithfully last beyond warranty period and cost less than 10% of Bose products. Spoke to Supervisor and he said its better to another product
Great experience!! Nice to be greeted warmly upon entering a business. Although I wasnt able to exchange my product the staff helped me find a workable solution to my issue. Id definitely shop there again and I highly recommend this location.

I did some last minute Xmas shopping here. I was running later than their hours of operation so I called them and asked them if they wouldnt mind staying open 5 to 10 minutes after closing. They were very accommodating. I was able to get my gift and they were pleasant through my entire interaction with them. 5 stars for customer service. I got the wave 4 in black.
Bose does not honor their own warranty for defective products and makes you play phone tag.

Amazing customer service. I dropped by the store to check if they has replacement cushions for my Bose 35 II noise cancelling headphones as mine had worn out. The lady at the store told me that they are expecting a restock the following day. When i told her that i cant come back as I was flying out of the city the following morning. She headed into the back and got me a couple of pads and didnt even charge me. She didnt want me to continue using worn out pads on the flight. Amazing experience.. made my day. Keep it up Bose!
Love this store. Love how they make sure they do things right and WANT a relationship with their customers so they come back. This is the ONLY store I go to in NYC. It means an hour’s travel and it is worth it.

I went it to get my Dr Dre Beats headphones fixed - I didnt realize I was in the wrong place for a good 5 minutes... but the service was phenomenal! Two very helpful, very kind people! So rare for retail service like this in NYC!
I was going in to check out some demo and headphone. They have some good selections of headphones and some good system. The sales staffs are friendly and helpful with the product features. If you are interested in checking out some of the Bose system, I definitely recommend checking out this store.

Had an amazing time here. I dropped in because I was having trouble getting my headphones to work with google assistant. I had a pleasure of meeting Abdoul Azika who was swift, professional, and super friendly. Although it was a tricky issue that took several diagnosis, he took it to himself to fix it and succeeded in the end. I am very pleased with him and he rest of the staff that Sunday, and I commend their dedication.
The female associate was extremely rude and condescending during the entire process. I had called to ask if I could process a refund for Bose Sleepbuds here as they were recalled. The associate on the phone said that as long as I had my order number, yes, bring it in.From the moment I started interacting with her, she was rude, refused to help and told me I had to call customer service. Absolutely never coming to Bose again. Ever.
The staff wasnt considerate or took care of me at all. One Asian staff was taking care of another customer okayyy I understand! but the rest was just standing there doing nothing. I’m not sure just because I’m a woman? they probably think I’m not gonna buy or something? After looking for like 10 mins. One guy asked me if everything’s okay so I said I’m gonna take one of the frames alto. He just grabbed one put it in the bag and processed to pay for me. didn’t even open and let me try in the store. Meanwhile another customer purchased the same thing but another staff taught him how the device works and let him try the product on and pay more attention. so dear Bose! If it’s not because I gotta buy this for the gift I’d never come to this store ever again. Horrible customer service
I wanted to do a price comparison with Amazon. And wanted to check the appearance of the product. But the Asian staff looked bored at me. (Even I am Asian.) I spend my money and I dont understand how to be treated like that. So, I was canceled there and bought from BOSE WTC store.
Wow, I walked into the store and 3 employees were just standing around. No one greeted me or acknowledged me in the store although I was looking around. One employee was on her phone on facetime the other was on a phone probably with a client which is fine. The last employee was doing nothing. Worst location ever.
I recently placed an order for a Bose speaker as a christmas gift for my grandparents. It was delivered just in time on Christmas Eve however, Bose did not put the correct address on the order. It was an error on their end. It was delivered to another address and the person who it got delivered to insists they do not have it. Bose is refusing to refund me because they dont have the product back. It was obviously stolen. I barely can afford this but wanted something special for my grandparnts. Im begging someone to please help either send me a new speaker or refund me. Bose is not working with me on this and feels unethical that im out $500. Please can someone assist.
I got a pair of quiet comfort as a gift and the left side was making static noises and some other issues. I walked in there today and Charles took great care of me. My headset was out of warranty by a couple of months and he downloaded an update and when that didnt solve the issue. He replaced it with a new pair. This company stands behind their products. Because of his willingness to help, next time I buy a pair of headphones as a gift or speakers. It will be Bose. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

They mentioned, We get our shipments on Thursdays.There is no offer to contact me, or help me find a way to get needed parts.I wouldnt call it bad service, I would call it no service!
Worst customer service ever!!! Had my speaker to check why cannot be charged. The African American lady did not even let me finish my sentence just kept saying it’s your problem, we do not sell it anymore(with super rude attitude)!!! I am not looking for return or exchange, just want to solve the issue. And I asked very politely... At least she could tell me go to customer service, but she did not. Used to loyal to Bose(had 1 speaker and 2 headset qc 25 and qc 35), not anymore

Bose?* + good for noise reduction, bass.* -null for support (maybe good for basic support = how to turn on your helmet, but for bugs reported NOTHING)* -material and functionality too basic for the asking price!* - Sloppy Android app and use of GPS without valid reason! (once a helmet is associated there is no need to force the localization! however the application obliges it ... Bose recovers what one listens and the localization?) no respect of the users! at this price its ...
