I bought over $600 worth of plants from them and they packaged in a defective piece. when i asked for replacement, they gave me very hard time (gave me the run around for weeks) and i had to physically go in to the shop to get them... When they did replace it, they replaced it with a lower value plant. HORRIBLE SERVICE- NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN

Friendly and knowledgeable, great selection, and fair prices. (We did a bit of shopping around). We came in on a Sunday and even got same day delivery for $20 with some large plants. The plants are healthy and beautiful, we are very happy and will be back! Great selection of cactuses as well which was perfect for our place.

Good selection though not extensive. Helpful staff but pick someone will engage you in conversation and who knows to pick out the best plants that still have long blooming time etc. Miguel was super helpful and made my final orchid arrangement absolutely beautiful! Fair prices compared to the other plant stores on 28th St.

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. We spent close to 3000 on plants. 6 plants were dying within a week. We stopped by the store to let them know about the issue and they just suggested to water them more. 2 weeks went by and The plants were completely dead. Called them, they asked for pictures and pictures of the receipts, sent those to them right away. They said they will look into it. Meanwhile we have dead plants in front of our restaurant. A couple of days went by, I followed up, and was told that we killed the plants by not watering them. And their warranty is 12 days lol. The guy yelled at me when I told him he should replace the dead plants and record a video of how to take care of them, so I can train my staff. I even agreed to pay for replacement plants. It’s been 2 weeks not a peep from management. Terrible customer service! Avoid.

Dont buy your plants there!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!!They sold me a dead tree and wouldnt do anything about it. They asked to send a picture of the tree, but never replied to my email. When I called them again, they asked to resend the picture. I did. No reply. I called again. The answer was We will look into it. I kept calling and emailing for 2 months without any result. I spent $1,500 on my plants there and this is the kind of support you get at this place. Go someplace else!
