Great place to find housewares and kitchen wares. They have an unusual mix of consumer housewares and professional cookware. Friendly, family run place with an owner that really cares about his customers.

I went to KK Discount Store specifically to find Kiwi brand kitchen knives, and the owner gave me his full attention and time to show me all the sizes he had under the counter. The prices were great and I found exactly what I wanted. This is a very friendly community orientated store and if you cant find what you need on the packed-shelves, ask the owner because he has more tucked away.

This place is epic. Go go go. They’ve whatever you need for kitchen supplies. The owner is unnervingly kind. They have woks of all sizes. Best of all are the white serving dishes they sell. I’ve been looking for them for years!

Half the price of Amazon and all the nostalgia of a classic mom and pop Chinatown shop — buy local and support Chinatown, they need your business! The sweetest owners, happy to help with anything you need, and kitchen staples packed left and right. I stocked up on Winco bench scrapers, a fish spatula, offset bakery spatula, strainers and will surely come back for more. Lots of dishes, racks, steaming trays, anything you can think of and they accept cards, come check it out!

Seriously consider coming here for your next housewares purchase like a strainer, or a ladle perhaps. Stores like this used to exist everywhere in the city but are hard to find now because mom & pop businesses like this are the real casualty of online vendors like Amazon. Stores like these are absolutely essential for building and preserving communities and they need your support to survive. This business knows customer service! I ran into this business by mistake because I needed to purchase some joss paper products necessary for an unexpected funeral. Although the website only offered one shipping option, I reached out to customer service via email if it were possible for my order to be shipped out as soon as possible. LESS THAN AN HOUR after I placed my purchase and the E-Commerce Manager, Ben Li, informed me that he had saw my e-mail and order. He took the initiative to pack and send my order. I will definitely be ordering more products on this website and shopping here.

A disappointing online vendor from one who rarely gives low reviews, so maybe a visit is only way to be assured of quality! Their website order form asks for order notes, which were not followed as simply and nicely as added. We got only 3 of 10 intact, complete packets. The other 7 were open, torn and incomplete-unsuitable to and for the Mainland China family visiting. The store has been contacted on its contact form and by email. For the expensive shipping also, we are not accepting excuses, apologies nor return expenses after the mess made at business. We purchase worldwide with very few glitches. Do NOT take a customers kindness for weakness.
