Very nice lil diner ...cool, kitschy decor and a casual, upbeat atmosphere (they were tastefully decorated for halloween, and the two TVs had sports channels playing) ...tables were nicely spaced out so that everyone wasnt on top of each other ...service was decent (our waitress missed a few little things, like; she forgot a couple of items we ordered, and she never brought spoons for the coffee, but, we got our orders pretty quickly, and she was very sweet) ...the owner was a gracious host, he accommodated our request to change to a different table, which we appreciated very much ...the food was very good, no complaints at all there ...the prices were very reasonable (especially for manhattan) ...and even though they were busy we were able to get seated pretty quickly, which was a huge plus ...id definitely go back again.

My daughter and I dined here almost 2 years ago with a friend of mine, and my daughter requested we went back for her birthday today. Problem was we couldnt recall what it was called. All we knew was we had been to the M&M store prior to eating. Luckily I had taken a photo of the ceiling and found it in google photos which by then clicking on it it gave us the location of the restaurant.We shared Alfredo pasta with chicken again. Husband had a burger and my son had a chicken wrap.Food was delicious and as good as we remembered and the price is reasonable.There is a large menu with food to cater for all tastes.

Pretty nice place with a solid atmosphere. Juice was great but the croissant was a bit soggy feeling. I wish they would have toasted it a bit but that is something I should have asked then to do that. The bacon was a little burnt if you like your bacon really crispy.

My go to diner in hk. Usually get the blueberry pancakes and they never disappoint. Staff is friendly and wait time is minimal, even when the place is pretty full and busy.

Awesome Breakfast here. I had a delicious omelet and coffee. Service was very fast. My coffee was refilled regularly. Price was great and the meal quality was well above average.Older gentleman, assuming he was the owner, was mingling around making sure everyone was happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this Dinner.

After being hugely disappointed at Moms Bar & Grill, an old favorite a block away, we walked down to Galaxy. Staff seemed genuinely happy we were there. We found great food at great prices. I had the chicken wrap which was enough to share. Fries were hot and tasty. My friend ordered breakfast and said it was all really good. Other friend got fried chicken which he said was passable.We would definitely go again!

Always the place I stop on my way to the theater at St. Clements Church. The food is exceptional for a diner and the beer is cold and the deserts are top notch.

Food is always good and the staff are lovely. Kids love coming here particularly for the Oreo milkshakes

The experience was great! You definitely have to try the wings, the bison burger, abs the garlic bread steak sandwich. All of these were amazingly delicious.

The food is excellent, great taste great price. I am so happy they are opened. I enjoy eating the meals at Galaxy Diner more than my meals at home. I am delighted with their take out meals. My favorite brunch meal to dine in or take out, has to be the spinach, mushrooms omelet with their home made potatoes and toast. Just nothing better that to make an order, pick it up and eat at one of the many plazas in midtown from Bryan Park to Central Park to the World Wide Plaza to the plaza at Lincoln Center.

Mediocre food with incredibly slow service. We had to ask 4 times to order and another 4 times to get the check. We waited a full half hour between when we sat down and when our coffee arrived at the table (was even longer before the food arrived).

I liked it. Good brunch and breakfast options. I had pancakes, 2 eggs scrambled, bacon, and coffee. Pancakes were very good, your standard medium size, eggs were good, bacon was ok. Coffee was adequate. Good wide options on food. Decent people watching. In a quiet area near the middle of Hells Kitchen.

Eggs Benedict was great with a flavorful mixture of tastes. Outside sitting made for a brunch. Super omelet, but bagel was chewy.

Impressive foods! All my favorite foods were right here! They never fail me on my high expectations. Great interior from the outside until the inside part of the restaurant. They strive to provide us the best service that exceeds our expectations. I need to come back because its a good one. Job well done on the presentations.

The food was was sooooo good. The service was also very great especially the young woman who waited my table. I just had to tip. A recommendation for the food would definitely have to be the country fried steak.

The manager was very accomodating. Was at a neighboring facility that could only accomodate our group on a hot summer day. We has 2 elderly party members and needed a quick change. Walked into restaurant and explained scenario and explained our time table. He quickly got a table together and sat our party and immediately took our order. Food was delicious air conditioning was wonderful and service was excellent. Kudos!

Service was slow and unreliable, food was cheap (omelette came with unmelted sliced cheese sitting on top), and its not priced like a cheap diner either. Certainly better options nearby.

Well staffed diner with a bar. Food is average. Banana nut pancakes were good. Turkey club was ok and included sliced fresh cooked Turkey but it was dry. Fries add on for $3.00 should be more fries I thought.

We were on vacation with my sister and her son and visited it twice in the time we stayed.Great atmosphere, awesome portion sizes, reasonable pricing, my son had a fruit bowl and it was loaded with all kinds of fresh fruit minus thr grapefruit but otherwise a enjoyable establishment.

This place is completely disgusting. If you are a women I beg you not to go here. The employees made me and my friends feel very unsafe. One of them looked under my friends skirt it was completely disgusting. They were making comments with other costumers when we asked them to stop they laughed. I would never bring my child here or go here as a women or as anyone supporting them.

Im picky about my turkey bacon, and theirs was like card board. The sandwich itself was presented nicely. The coffee was horrible, and my credit card was charged a different price from my receipt.

Great little breakfast spot not far from Times Square but not touristy at all. Staff were fantastic and food was just what we wanted for a classic Greek style diner! (And the berry smoothie was epic - see pic below, laden with fruit and not artificial sweetened purées)...

We were looking for a place near our hotel and found a listing for the Galaxy Diner. We’re so glad we did. The food was perfect and the service impeccable. We will definitely eat here again on another trip to NYC. With so many places to try, we don’t say that about a lot of NYC restaurants.

Did not expect to stumble upon thia treasure of fine foods. Fresh Italian olices, oil and bread with whipped butter. Motz sricks with amazing sauce! Baked lasagna that wad flavorful and well done. And a delicious desert to cap it!Fantastic service!

Some of the best food I had in a diner, Galaxy dinner truly lives up to it name with it decor. While some may find it tacky I love it. Food and service was excellent, milkshakes is a massive must if you ever visit.

This diner has been around for years but has had a marked improvement since it has been taking over by the former staff of Giorgios which closed on 9th Avenue.Good waiters excellent food and humongous proportions. If youre hungry this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

Standard good quality diner. If you want takeout, you order it near the back at the long counters end. The Philly cheesesteak is NOT the same thing as the Philadelphia classic chopped meat sub, totally different, be warned.Some weekends can be packed at Galaxy! I like their prices, theyre down-to-earth as is the entire experience here.

Ordered delivery, kept getting told delivery is on its way driver is just outside, after 2 hours they stopped picking up the phone on me. Very weird and thankfully i didnt get my food with spit in it. Be careful ordering from here
