I had a good experience and a bad experience with Fascinating Diamonds. I didnt want to post a review. However, they keep emailing me to post a review. So here we go....I bought two rings from Roger, an engagement ring and wedding ring. The engagement ring was good, so I gave him my business again. However, even though I paid for an 18k rose gold wedding ring, he sent me a 14k gold ring. To add, the pattern of the filigree on the band was different from the engagement ring, even though they manufactured both rings.It cost me $90 to insure and ship both rings back to Roger and asked for the patterns to match. As you can see from the photo, they don’t match. The filigree on the wedding band is still thicker than the engagement ring.In short, I paid $90 more than the list price of the wedding ring and still didn’t get what my wife wanted. My wife wanted a matching engagement ring and wedding band. What she got was something that is close, but not matching. At least I got them to send me the metal quality I paid for.I emailed Roger at Fascinating Diamonds about the issues with the second ring in January 2019. To date, I have not heard back.On the plus side, the website was easy to use.

I absolutely love my emerald cut diamond earrings- so beautiful and perfectly set in a custom earring back created by their Master Jeweler to fit the stones. My thanks to Raj for guiding me in expert fashion through the selection and purchase of my earrings, a Christmas present from my husband. I thought I knew what I wanted, but Raj and his jeweler made me aware that the stones wouldnt hang properly as I selected, and they proposed the perfect solution. I shopped at many of the web sites for the chain stores and the diamonds their rings came with were the lower quality cut color and clarity. I was able to get a beautiful wedding ring set at Fascinating Diamonds with far better quality diamonds at a great price. I emailed FD a question a few days after I made the order and paid for the rings and within 5 minutes Roger was calling with the answer. The rings came in a box with a light in the lid. When I asked Gina to marry me I waited until we were in a dark room. I opened the box and the room exploded with light. It looked like stars on the ceiling and walls. Like a disco ball light. It was very impressive. I was not expecting that. Very pleased and very happy with the whole buying process. Everyone who sees the rings loves them. I am glad I found this place.
