Use to be good service for orders online but last time I ordered they did not give me the entire 12 count of 1/2lb cookies. I tried messaging support twice and never received a response back. Sucks because out of 5 ppl we always order from them for our bodybuilding comps. Now none of us will give them business again. Hope no one else has this problem.

Atmosphere: so dirty. This restaurant needs to be cleaned so badly. The neon signs are so fun but once you step into the restaurant you can’t stop but notice how badly kept the space is.Food: the cookies are definitely amazing. They sell themselves. What impressive Instagram marketing campaign they have. The photos online are all beautiful representations of cookies both extremely gooey inside and wonderfully crunchy outside. The truth of the location is a far different story. A grimy interior (noticeable from the cookie case photo) and a staff that doesn’t really care are poor accompaniments to one of the worst cookies I’ve ever had. It tasted like pure, practically liquid sugar. Parts of the hard exterior were edible, but the mess of an inside was nasty. You’re better off going to the store and buying any cookie item to receive a better experience. It was disappointing, especially for a relatively pricey cookie,to receive this pile of slop. Chip NYC isn’t too far away- do yourself a favor and go there instead.

Cute little bakeshop located near the Washington square arch. Love the pink and white themed store, love the design. They offer cookie dough, cookies and milkshakes. They have a large selection of cookie dough and cookies. We tried the cookies.We had the original chocolate chip flavour, brownie melt cookie and S’mores flavoured cookies. They were all really yummy. We love how all the cookies are served warm and have a nice ooey gooey centre when you break them a part. It’s like a warm and super soft cookie. Im actually not a fan of Cheesecake, but after having been recommended the chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake, I figured Id give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at the lightness of the cake and wouldve loved it had the cookie dough not been frozen (had to wait to thaw out a bit before eating).

I was excited about this idea of cookie dough. I have eaten a lot of cookie dough in my time. This tasted like creamed butter and sugar with vanilla and chocolate chips. It did not have the thickness in consistency that I expected from cookie dough. So perhaps this fad is not for me. I also got a smores cookie that was warm, I was so prepared to love it because smores and warm cookies are the pretty much the best thing. The inside of the cookie was the same gooey cookie dough, partially cooked situation.On the plus side, the staff was super friendly and nice! No more cookie dough for me unless its Toll House or homemade.

I came to New York with World’s Best Cookie Dough on my list. I finally got to see it for myself and I literally cried. Everything about the place was so gorgeous and every bit better than I could’ve imagined. Ranging from the colorful and aesthetically pleasing environment to the delicious assortment of desserts. I would rate this place a 7 star if I could. It really is one of a kind and worthy of its name.

Would definitely recommend a visit here at least once cause that’s all it’ll take to get you addicted to cookie dough. We went there once and food was superb! The service is outstanding, even thou there was a big line they handled each of us very well. I and my friends came with a group of 14. and they accommodated us all in such a special way. each of us were given samples until we chose the correct flavors. And the staff told us that we can also combine Ice Cream with the cookie dough option- that was basically the cherry on top of the cake for me. Absolutely the best desserts you’ll ever try out in your life! Fast and breezy service! We had the custom made birthday cake cookies. Baked fresh out of the oven. Made my day. However, you should come earlier in the day though, the lines can be long and they won’t be accommodate specifically custom cookies so easily in the busy lines.

After following their account for ages, finally I’ve made it here to the Big Apple. After making a trip to the shop, I only had one word. Wow. Not only was awesome but I wonder why I hadn’t bothered come to this place earlier. We initially headed over to World’s best cookie dough after having followed them on instagram for so long and wanting to try the amazing desserts we’ve been watching for so long. When we went in, the sweet treats all looked as beautiful up close as they did in the online pics, and it is actually difficult to decide what to have since there is so many different options. We each selected a dessert along with the endless choice of toppings and ate with delight. Also the interior decor is really lit up and very bright and flashy. It may be slightly expensive but it’s totally worth it. The desserts were so damn good, and in our opinion really good value for money. Overall, I totally recommend this place, it’s cool, colorful and totally out of this world.

Dō cookie dough confections is so much more personable and has much better product quality. Im in love with Dō and would recommend it over this everyday.

They have a menu but itonly covers a part of all the desserts they have. My tip is, use their instagram page to guide you in theordering process. There’s at least over a 100 different types of desserts you’ll see in their page, orderfrom one of them and they’ll make them just like the picture. The food is not only pleasing to the eyebut tastes even better. If you make a special order like I did, it does take like 10 minutes for them toprepare it so be prepared. But the wait is worth it. Or you can just swap in for their already hugecollection of cookies and cookie dough they already have on display which is also amazing. Onto thestaff, they are very patient, they will let you try the flavors, which helps a lot. They also keep thepeanut butter flavors on a different section from the other cookie dough flavors, which is great forallergies since they are very tight on making sure there’s no cross contamination. Make sure to trythem though, they are really good, I mean if you are able to. Sorry if you got allergies, lol. A little about me: I hate stores that try to be arrogant and claim to be the best of anything. So I came here with my biased conclusion that it won’t live up to the brand it had been built up to me. Went with 2 teenage kids who love their shakes and we all loved it loads of great flavours and the serving are huge. Also does a few hot drinks and has seating inside. The young women serving where really helpful and polite this place is a must if you are near the city and love cookie dough

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this place. I have followed them on Instagram for quite some time so I was very excited when I finally got the chance to visit. The store was a mess! Boxes all over the back part of the store, and the names of the cookies were written in marker on the dirty glass. It was all smeared and smudged and barley readable. They are open until midnight, we got there around 730-8pm. There were barley any cookies left, and they refused to make the shakes. The only option was one of 4-5 cookies that were flat and didnt look appatizing or a scoop of edible cookie dough. The cookies were not great, definitely nothing special and the staff was very unenthusiastic and not helpful at all. Extreme let down! Dont waste your time.

The cookies are amazing. There are so many varieties to choose from, its hard to choose. I had the salted chocolate Oreo extreme, it was one of the best cookies Ive ever had! Will definitely return.

When I visited NYC- my mission was to try out these famous dessert spots throughout the city. Until i came across worlds best cookie dough .To say i was shocked would be an understatement. They basically had everything I could dream of .They had cookie dough, cookie dough stuffed cookies, milk shakes, cheesecake, ice cream, fried cookie dough, stuffed brownies .I was so confused and shocked to even see such a place even existed .It took me a good few minutes to digest their large selection of cookie dough flavors. Also another amazing part of their menu is they customize everything for you just the way you like it .And those cookie dough stuffed cookies are just to die for .A must try for those who visits New York .

My children loved the cookie dough. It was their dream to visit this place for a long time. I am glad they provided such an outstanding service plus desserts. If you have kids. A must go to visit this shop.

Probably the best dessert I’ve ever tried! We had a smores stuffed cookie with vanilla ice cream on top which left me in dessert heaven. You gotta go this place and try it for yourself. It’s AMAZING!

Visited here today as a birthday treat and was very pleased with the service. The staffs was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was great and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

This is a MUST stop, the cookies are huge and so delicious, the place is really big and wide as a cookie/ dessert shop. It was one of the largest in new York from my visit. It was a a Saturday and when we got there there was a huge line. About 40 people.. moved fast though.I tried a lot of their sample flavors available AND i must say these are the most delicious cookie dough i have ever had! I also went to the other cookie dough spot in ny called do. This place had much more options and tasted so much better as well.

The place is nice and cozy! Go for it and try as many options as possible! Alls original, delicious and well prepared, not to mention how well their employees treat you! It was simply delicious

Phenomenal service and superb shakes. Didn’t try the cookie dough but my mouth watered just from looking at it. I’m a foodie and have been to several places but the service that I received here was astounding. Other establishments need to take a page from this book because this is customer service at its best. A++++++

I dont like leaving negative reviews but the Cookie Dough tasted awful and smelt worse, had to throw it in trash after a small bite.On top of that the place felt like it hadnt been cleaned, that gross warm air feel. The store looked half finished with it seamlessly transitioning from customer area to unkept warehouse of random boxes.It does look bright and colourful though, if youre there for an Instagram pic you can probably get some great angles.

It’s really weird and somewhat empty/messy and disorganized inside but damn it, the cookie was delicious! And the staff was very sweet. A cookie will run you about $5 but it’s good to split with someone. Try the half brownie half chocolate chip!

Lots of variety, with flavors and type of treat. Seems to be family owned and they were incredibly sweet and generous. The cookie dough was really good too! The brownie batter really tasted like brownie batter!
